The family house in Křižanov

The subject of the Bachelor´s thesis is the preparation of family house design documentation. The building is located in the township of Křižanov on plot number 1614/1. The total area is 2766 m2. It is a two-floors object, without cellar, located on flat terrain, designed for 4 persons. The perimeter walls of the house are lined by clay blocks from the Heluz and they are based on the cocretefoundation strips. The ceiling constructions are made of Heluz system of ceramic inlays MIAKO and POT beams. The roof is combination of shed roofs and trusses. Roof cladding is designed by asphalt shingles SUPER KATEPAL dark grey. The staircase is a double reinforced concrete. Part of this building is a garage for a one car and outdoor covered parking for another one car.
Multifunctional building

The project documentation, processed in the framework of the diploma thesis, solves the new building of the multifunctional house in Žďár nad Sázavou. The building is made of traditional brick technology of brick fittings, with insulation, ceilings are reinforced concrete monolithic, roof sloping in two variants. Commercial premises are located on the ground floor on the south side. Furthermore, on the floor there are technical facilities for offices and storage space for housing units and offices. On the next floors there are always 3 residential units. The building is located on flat terrain in the rapidly developing part of the city. The building envelope and individu-al structures are designed to the entire object it was as energy- consuming as possible, and do not pump irreparably by nature its natural resources in a larger quantity than necessary.

The topic of my bachelor thesis is a design of a single-family house. The new building is designed to be a permanent residence for a family of four. The object is situated in a flat terrain on the selected piece of land in a city of Jindřichův Hradec. The house has two above-ground floors, and one underground floor. A garage for one car is part of the house. The object is designed of a Porotherm construction system. The roof is made as single-shell roof.The main entrance is oriented to the north. The project documentation which is needed for a realization of a new detached house is worked up with five structural details including. Drawing part processed in a computer program ArchiCad.

The bachelor´s thesis " City Apartment House " deals with the construction of the part of a apartment house in Brno, Černovice. The building is located on flat terrain. The construction site is currently under construction of apartment houses. The building has one underground and four floors. Building structure is created of monolithic reinforced concrete walls placed on concrete grid foundations. The roof is flat. Part of the bachelor´s thesis is the physical model of frameless glazing on a loggia.
Mixed-use Building in Tišnov

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a newly built mixed-use building in Tišnov, as well as elaboration a part of the project documentation for realization of the building construction. The designed building is a multifunctional building, which has the task of providing several functions. The building is situated in the South Moravian Region in the northern part of the village Tišnov, which is located about 30 kilometers away from the city of Brno. Recently, in this area new family houses and apartment buildings have been built. The building is designed as five above-ground storey, partially basement incl. a separate underground car park. The first floor serves mainly for commercial use, ie. for the provision of services and for the sale of goods. There is a coffee shop, a houseware store, hairdressers, bakers, butchers, or a gym. On the first floor there is also the main entrance to the building, and through there is further access to the upper or lower floors of the building. In the basement there is a technical background of the building and access to the underground parking. The second floor serves as office space for multipurpose use. There are apartments on the third, fourth and fifth floor, with some apartments on the 4th floor being designed as two-level maisonettes. The architectural design is based on the concept of straight lines and sharp edges, which also presents a flat roof roofing solution and receding storey with terraces. The building is detached, situated in a relatively flat terrain. All entrances to the building are designed as barrier-free. The white-blue color of the building facade alternates with the use of gray stone cladding. The roofing of the mixed-use building is solved on two levels by a single-layer extensive vegetation flat roof.

Multi-purpose building

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a multifunctional house on the street Křídlovická in the city of Brno. The new building is five-storey with four above-ground and one underground floors. The main entrance is oriented to the southeastern side and adjacent to the northwest side, and a separate entrance to the underground garage in the southwest corner of the designed object. Behind the main entrance is a staircase connecting all floors, after a special entrance for the underground garage is the staircase down into the garage. From the southwest side there are entrances to restaurants and shops, these have staffing and supply entrances and social facilities from the north-east side of the building. A downhill ramp is also located behind the northeast side of the building, from the southwest side are solved areas - restaurant garden, sidewalks and parking areas. In other above-ground floors, open space office spaces with separate meeting rooms, office director, secretary offices, and social facilities on the northeastern side of the floor are designed. Within these floors is proposed continuous greening of the atrium. The supporting system is a monolithic reinforced concrete combined with masonry staircases and a northeast wall. In the basement, the support system is a skeleton in combination with the walls of a lost formwork. Roof flat single-skinned with various inclinations 1-5°
Kindergarten, Uničov

This diploma thesis deals with the design of the kindergarten in Uničov. The object is designed as a two-storey, non-cellar basement. Because of the almost perfectly flat terrain and purpose of the building, the basement would be unnecessary. The gentle slope which the selected plot shows is oriented to the southeast side. The main entrance to the house is solved from the western side, along the direction of the main entrance to the nursery. It is adjacent to the existing communication with the parking lot towards the Nemocniční housing estate. There are two separate children's wards at the 1st floor, always equipped with a spacious playroom, dressing rooms and a washroom. Furthermore, in the 1st floor there is a large part of the economic zone consisting of a kitchen and related space, a junior flat and a cookery facility. The 2nd floor is reserved for the all-round development of children, both directly attending kindergarten and outside of the interest groups. Therefore, there are spaces such as a language classroom, a workshop room and a hall for other external staff. In addition, there is also a facility for staff and external staff in the form of a meeting room. The east side of the 2nd floor is then reserved for the third children's ward, the backrest consisting of a playroom, dressing rooms, washrooms along with a toilet and, moreover, a lounger. The vertical supporting structures are designed from porous concrete blocks, reinforced concrete and pillar blocks. The ceiling in each level is designed as a reinforced concrete reinforced concrete slab. The building is roofed with a flat single-roofed roof with a slope of 2 %.
Newly-Built Detached House with Dental Surgeries in Brno-Žebětín

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a design of a new building of a family house with dental surgeries in Brno – Žebětín, as well as elaboration of project documentation for realization of building construction. The building is designed for mixed use - there is stomatological surgeries available to the public in the 1st floor, and on the 2nd floor there is the owner's and his family's apartment. Both sections are separated from each other, including separate entrances to the building. The building will be located on the edge of the northern part of Brno - Žebětín. The location is slightly developed by family houses. The architectonical solution is designed with consideration of the building location and the character of the surrounding housing development. The part for living in the family house is designed for a family with three to four members. The house is detached, it is situated in a flat terrain and is designed as a partially basement. The designed building has two above-ground storeys and a basement, which has a garage for parking two cars and a technical facility of the building. Entrance to the garage is from the side of the building. The main entrances to the building are accessible from the adjacent outer curved staircase, copying the arched shape of the 1st storey facade. The section with dental surgeries on the 1st floor is designed as wheelchair accessible - for handicapped patients with limited mobility. The white solution of the facade of the house alternates with the use of a gray stone facing. The roof of the family house is designed as a single-layer flat roof.
