Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace rodinného domu. Stavba se nachází na území městyse Křižanov na parcele 1614/1 o celkové ploše 2766 m2. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní nepodsklepený objekt, umístěný na rovinatém terénu, určený pro 4 osoby. Obvodové stěny jsou vyzděny z tvárnic Heluz a jsou založeny na betonových pasech. Stropní konstrukce jsou provedeny ze systému Heluz z keramických vložek MIAKO a nosníků POT. Zastřešení je navrhnuto jako kombinace pultových střech a příhradových vazníků. Střešní krytina je navržen asfaltový šindel SUPER KATEPAL tmavě šedé barvy. Schodiště je dvouramenné železobetonové. Součástí objektu je garáž pro 1 automobil a zastřešené venkovní stání pro 1 automobil. The subject of the Bachelor´s thesis is the preparation of family house design documentation. The building is located in the township of Křižanov on plot number 1614/1. The total area is 2766 m2. It is a two-floors object, without cellar, located on flat terrain, designed for 4 persons. The perimeter walls of the house are lined by clay blocks from the Heluz and they are based on the cocretefoundation strips. The ceiling constructions are made of Heluz system of ceramic inlays MIAKO and POT beams. The roof is combination of shed roofs and trusses. Roof cladding is designed by asphalt shingles SUPER KATEPAL dark grey. The staircase is a double reinforced concrete. Part of this building is a garage for a one car and outdoor covered parking for another one car.
