The work deals with a budgeting of non-profit-making organizations in Czech Republic. The teoretical part specifies particular types of activities and the recommendation for making and utilization of a budget. The analytical part applies the findings and follows them up at a particular non-profit-making organization. The conclusion of the work points to detected deficiencies and proposes measures for the solving.

This diploma thesis is aimed at specific conditions of ABC s.r.o. company and its financial management. The thesis deals with changes in management system of a small company, that is necessary for correct decision making and managing of financial resources. The first part of this thesis contains theory related to financial management and its evaluation. The second part clarifies financial situation in the company, defines identified drawbacks and is followed by measures, that provide improvement of current conditions.

This bachelor's thesis addresses the topic of Health Insurance and Insureds' Rights in the Czech Republic. Considering the current shortage of financial resource in the field of healthcare and insurance, this issue is extensively discussed. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the functioning of the Czech Republic health insurance system and delve into the rights of the insured individuals. The theoretical part of the thesis purely focuses on describing the legal regulations governing health insurance in the Czech Republic and explores the relationship between health insurance companies and policyholders. Given the extensive legislation, the identification of key laws and regulations is crucial in understanding the role of health insurance as financial protection for all insured individuals. The thesis also examines the various possibilities for utilizing health insurance in healthcare. Studies, articles, laws, statistics, and other relevant sources serve as the basis for analysis and evaluation of this issue. The bachelor's thesis strives to contribute to a better understanding of the current situation of health insurance in the Czech Republic and it's impact on the rights of the insured and patients. The conclusions of the thesis can be used for further research and discussion in this crucial area of the national economy, which affects citizens of all age groups. Cohort differences in understanding and strategies to accumulate and preserve economic capital

The thesis Cohort Differences in Understanding and Strategies of Economic Capital Accumulation and Preservation compares the strategies of two different generations in the context of economic capital accumulation and preservation. The theoretical part focuses on the term capital, both from a historical and a modern perspective, while describing the term from a multi-paradigm perspective, particularly from an economic and economical-sociological perspective. Furthermore, the thesis provides insights into Karl Mannheim's theory of generations. Our research has helped us to find and understand the main differences in capital accumulation and preservation strategies, such as the approach to risk or the approach to the ever-evolving financial market. The paper is also critically reviewed in the Limits of Research chapter, where we analyze what could be more effectively explored in future studies of this topic.

Empowerment of seniors for managing their financial resources

The work deals with the process undergone by several clients in the Senior Homes. The range of programs includes the ability to support the money management, which contains a re-authorizing of a client to manage his own assets. Some clients weaned for money utilization due to the system of care in hospitals or their families. Although they suffer from memory disorders or different attenuation, with the help of the team they meet one of their needs, gain self-confidence, and their quality of life improves. Other clients come to fear the debt and distrainment and grieve for the hopelessness of their situation. Help with paying and the ability to manage their liabilities are reflected in their mental and physical health, as well as the resumption of contacts with the family. Clients who feared their future due to various newly introduced charges, or clients who could not get along with your income and to defer a pleasure, they appreciated in the course of the program its benefits for themself and their favor. This study confirms source of considerations on assistance options and specific situations in which clients found the necessary support and incentives to correct their conditions. Personal Sport Equipment of FTVS UK Students

Title: Personal sport equipment of FTVS UK students Objectives: Main objective of this diploma thesis to find out personal sports equipment of studentes by survey method. The goal is to analyze students sport equipment for their personal use and ownership, how much financial resorces students invests into sport and at the same time use analysis to determine which sports are prefered by students and which sport brands are the most popuplar. Methods: Main tool for obtaining necessary datas, which are used in our diploma thesis, is the questionare in online form. To evaluate obtaine datas from our respondents we have used statistical methods. In the introduction we have checked and classified, determined in the next step of research process (analysis of answers). This allowed us to research mutual relations between indvidual categories. Another methods that we used were for example: analysis and synthetis, scientific abstract, comparation method, mathematical and statistical methods. Results: From our research it is obvious that the students invest significant amont of their financial resorces into sports equipment.
