Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Zdravotní pojištění a práva pojištěnců v České republice. S ohledem na aktuální nedostatek finančních prostředků v oblasti zdravotnictví a pojišťovnictví se o této problematice velmi diskutuje. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat fungování českého veřejného zdravotního pojištění a upřesnit a více rozebrat práva pojištěnců. Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje čistě teoretickou část. Celá teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na popis právních předpisů, které upravují zdravotní pojištění u nás v České republice a také se zaměřuje na vztah mezi zdravotní pojišťovnou a pojištěncem. S ohledem na rozsáhlou legislativu je identifikace zákonů a vyhlášek klíčovým aspektem této práce. Veškeré nalezené informace pomáhají pochopit roli zdravotního pojištění jako finanční zabezpečení pro poskytovanou péči všem pojištěncům. Také se tato bakalářská práce zabývá tím, jaké jsou veškeré možnosti čerpání zdravotního pojištění na zdravotní péči. Studie, články, zákony, statistiky a další různé zdroje slouží jako podklad pro analýzu a vyhodnocení této problematiky. Bakalářská práce se klade za cíl přispět k lepšímu porozumění současné situace zdravotního pojištění v České republice a jeho dopady na práva pojištěnců a pacientů. Závěry této práce mohou být využity pro další zkoumání a diskusi o této klíčové oblasti národního hospodářství, která značně ovlivňuje všechny občany všech věkových kategorií. Tato bakalářská práce může sloužit rovněž jako zdroj pro pracovníky, které se pohybují ve zdravotně sociální oblasti a kteří se každodenně setkávají s praktickými aspekty zdravotní péče a poskytování informací pacientům. This bachelor's thesis addresses the topic of Health Insurance and Insureds' Rights in the Czech Republic. Considering the current shortage of financial resource in the field of healthcare and insurance, this issue is extensively discussed. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the functioning of the Czech Republic health insurance system and delve into the rights of the insured individuals. The theoretical part of the thesis purely focuses on describing the legal regulations governing health insurance in the Czech Republic and explores the relationship between health insurance companies and policyholders. Given the extensive legislation, the identification of key laws and regulations is crucial in understanding the role of health insurance as financial protection for all insured individuals. The thesis also examines the various possibilities for utilizing health insurance in healthcare. Studies, articles, laws, statistics, and other relevant sources serve as the basis for analysis and evaluation of this issue. The bachelor's thesis strives to contribute to a better understanding of the current situation of health insurance in the Czech Republic and it's impact on the rights of the insured and patients. The conclusions of the thesis can be used for further research and discussion in this crucial area of the national economy, which affects citizens of all age groups. Moreover, the thesis can serve as a resource for professionals working in the health and social field, who daily encounter practical aspects of healthcare and provide information to patients.
