The diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of efficiency and feasibility of the project. In the theoretical part, there are described extensive issues of feasibility study. The thesis deals with evaluation of project effectiveness and its risks. The practical part analyzes the current unsatisfactory condition of a particular building. There are designed and processed two alternative solutions of the project including their evaluation. These solutions were compared with each other and presented to the investor.

This master ‘s thesis deals with problems of the development and development process. Part of the thesis is a description of the development market in the Czech Republic and significant changes in the construction area in 2017 and 2018. The thesis is focused on the development project in the centre of Brno and the proposal for its next extension. Description of the feasibility study goes smoothly into the proposal to extend the development project. Part of this thesis is a proposal for establishing and functioning of real estate and facility management in the project.
Study of connectivity for PV power station

Bachelor‘s thesis focused on studying connectivity of PV plant into the distribution system.. The first parts are processed by the conditions of connection of new resources into the distribution system with a focus on photovoltaics. Individual points are taken from the rules of the road grid, which gives the Energy Regulatory Authority. In the second part is given FVS problem. There is a brief history of photovoltaics. More details are described photovoltaic element, its principles, and different types of PV article composition PV panel. There are presented methods of operation FVS. The last section is designed to PVP via PC software.

In my thesis I decide on efficiency of investment plan considering the company financial analysis, which the company SPAME Ltd. intends to realize relating to the expansion of its activities. This work contains the analysis of company’s financial health, the evaluation of the economic effectiveness of investments and my recommendation of a business plan.

The subject of the master’s thesis is a economic and financial evaluation of leisure time activities project. In the theoretical part, I deal with public sector, life cycle of a project, feasibilty study and cost methods. In the practical section I evaluate the project in therms of economic and financial feasibility. I compare multiple project options. I compare the results of my findings and I am trying to find out the best variant.

The core of the thesis is: a characterization of investment projects and their cycles, general approaches to economic evaluation of private projects, a description of general approaches to risk analysis of private projects. The last part of the thesis is created as a case study which is focused on an evaluation of efficiency and coordinating risks of a private investment project.

Dissertation titled Optimization of the process from the perspektive of the public project sponsor indicates the procurement process both through public procurement, and primarily through PPP (Public Private Partnership). The main objective is to optimize the procurement process by PPP from the perspective of the owner. Therefore, under the general statutes of the Ministry of Finance is processed general process and design methodology for assessing the project within municipalities. This model is then verified in the context of case study in a specific project.
Feasibility Study and Risk Assessment in a New Business Unit

This master thesis describes a valorisation of investment intention involving an assessment of risks of a new-built business unit. It means an extension of an existing café in Brno for a confectionery production and its distribution. A goal of this thesis is to make a complete study of feasibility and to evaluate ability to realize this project, based on achieved data. Structure of the thesis is adapted on a certain topic and it focuses especially on a marketing research, an estimate of a demand and assessment of risks. Several chapters describing certain parts of the project are a part of the study of feasibility. Whole feasibility study is based on a data drawn from a professional literature, internet resources, intern and extern analysis of a surroundings, the estimation of demand based on a questionnaire survey and own experience in a specialization of business.
Feasibility Study of Leisure Time River Navigation Infrastructure Construction

This diploma thesis deals with feasibility study of a cruise infrastructure. In the first part is explained principle of feasibility study and its recommended outline. Selected parts of feasibility study are then commented especially financial and economic analysis. This part is followed by explanation of some main terms and description of main differences of evaluating economic effectivity of investment between freighter and cruise. Within the scope of this thesis was also processed a feasibility study dealing with specific investment goal prolongation of navigability of Baťa Canal. The study is divided into individual chapters according to the recommended curriculum. Each chapter deals with different issues related to the investment plan. All findings and recommendations of the study are summarized in the final evaluation.
