Rozbor negativních externalit silniční dopravy

The first part of this thesis, the recherche form, focuses on vocabulary connected with traffic. The work explaines how are divided negative externalities traffic.The next part briefly describes single externalities. The second part of the thesis deals with made measurement of surface noise and concentration of flying dust PM10 in five chosen locations. It contains methodical process of my own measurement. This part presents detected values of the measurement as well as the other essential conditions as for instance the character of the traffic line, the type and number of traffic facilities, the environment and the weather. Here are also examine their effects on human health. The next discourse appraises the measured values of followed externalities which influence human society. The measured values are in connection and comparison to expected results which are mentioned in the studied literature. The last part of the thesis sums up the negative externalities and the opportunities how to reduce or to remove it´s impact on human society and the environment.

This thesis on the mitigation of negative externalities of road transport focused on analyze the selected negative effects of ground transport equipment on the environment and on its basis to draw up a summary of lessons about the level of negative effects of land transport. The first part deals with the theory of road transport, transport roads, transport environment and negative externalities in transport. Second part deals with practical measurement of the mass concentration of airborne dust in air and noise.

Spatial externalities in transport: Prague case study Summary: This diploma thesis deals with spatial externalities in transport, namely occupation of land in the centre of Prague. It is divided into eleven chapters, which are further divided into individual subchapters. Literature review, in which the theoretical part of this work is contained, deals with the issue of externalities in transport and real estate evaluation and is listed in chapter four to seven. Practical part of thesis, which is primarily focused on quantifying and evaluating of occupation of land is contained in chapter eight. In its introduction there is also mentioned the methodology of work, including the data and programs used. Following part is a brief description of the monitored area. Based on the results of quantification and evaluation of occupation of land by the transport infrastructure there is subsequently elaborated discussion of possible use of the acquired knowledge. Ninth chapter is the conclusion in which the objectives of this work are repeated and thanks to their fulfilment also answers to the research questions that the author put in the introduction. Externalities in transport with emphasis on spatial aspects. Summary This Thesis deals with the externalities of transport with an emphasis on spatial externalities. It is divided into eight chapters which are then broken down into individual subsections. In the basic concepts chapter is included the theoretical part characterizing the phenomenons of transport and externalities, possibilities of quantification, solving and internalization of transport externalities and the current situation in the Czech Republic. The chapter Practical part includes specific studies and their results. First, the model area of Výtoň is described and there are given at least the basic information regarding the functioning of traffic lights, followed by the methodology of the survey and its results. This research is also followed by the questionnaire survey dealing with the pedestrian traffic in Prague. Both surveys point to the same goal which is to find out about the influence of fragmentation of the landscape on the lives of the city's inhabitants. This goal was achieved in the final chapter, which summarizes the most important findings from both surveys. Democratic legitimacy of politics: competence to suffrage and logic of election

The aim of this study is to analyze legitimacy of policy. Its fulfillment should emerge from detailed inquiry of the essential sense of social institutions. The work is divided into three chapters therefore. The first chapter deals with law as a basic system of order of social relations. It explains its fundamental social goal (reducing transaction costs of social action) and its influence on the development of civilization. It discusses in detail the property rights as a fundament of any real legal system - both at the legal level and economic level (i.e. how the system of property rights coordinates social activities and allocates scarce resources, how it creates the elite, and when there is a fault efficiency of this process). The second chapter deals with the social obligations which are necessary condition for preservation of law. These obligations are labeled as taxes (as opposed to tributes that basis is not in the obligation to maintain the legal system and are only ransom inherently). Particular attention is paid to the fair distribution of these obligations (tax justice) and also to the impact of taxation on the development of civilization. Does Czech Republic need a carbon tax?

This bachelor thesis deals with a concept of a carbon tax. It presents the theoretical working of the carbon tax, estimates of the tax rate, possible impacts on the economy and comparison to potential alternatives. In the empirical part of the thesis, there is, based on panel data, analyzed the effect of the size of the carbon tax rate on the amount of emissions of CO2 in selected OECD countries. Results of regression analysis indicate that every increase in the carbon tax rate by $1 per tonne of CO2 will be reflected in the decrease of emissions by 0.57 % in the given country. The thesis thus shows that carbon tax could be quite useful tool for reduction in the amount of emissions of CO2 and therefore a useful tool to reduce impacts of climate change.
Economic analysis of the hunting right

This bachelor's thesis deals with the compulsory connection of the rights to hunt with the ownership of the hunting lands. The aim of this work is to divide and describe two kinds of hunting grounds according to the types of ownership of the hunting lands. There is also an economic analysis of revenues and expenses regarding hunting rights in these hunting grounds. It further analyses the impact of diminishing of the minimum area of the hunting grounds on the economy of hunting. It also tries to find out whether the diminishing would lead to hunting rights more interwoven with the ownership of the hunting lands. The conducted research confirmed the existence of two types of hunting grounds that differ by the kind of ownership and also revenues and expenses regarding hunting rights in these hunting lands. It was further found out that the diminishing of the minimum area of the hunting grounds would increase the bindingness of the hunting rights with the ownership of the hunting lands. The economic impact of the diminishing of the minimum area of the hunting ground couldn't be unequivocally determined.

The aim of this thesis was based on an analysis of market gaps in the commercialization of outgoing TA through IT, to determine the possibility of eliminating their negative external influence and to propose replacement solutions. Partial aim of the thesis was to investigate the influence of IT and reservation systems on the activity of TA.
Analysis of Environmental Taxes in the EU

The subject of the thesis „Analysis of Environmental Taxes in the EU“ is describe and evaluate the implementation of the ecological tax reform in the European Union, especially in the Czech Republic. The work is dividend into four parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical basis of the work, that is a brief introduction to the issue of taxes and the environment. The second part is concerned with the introduction of environmental taxes in both the EU and Czech Republic. The third part is devoted to comparison of taxes that are applied in the Czech Republic with the EU countries. The fourth part will deal with the impact of the reform on the particular business entity and household.
