Bachelor thesis focuses on application of EINSTEIN program in energy auditing. First there is description of energy auditing.procedure. The main part of the thesis describes auditing procedure of landry care proces, by using tool-kits of the program. The methodology and integrated features of program, are intended to speed up work of auditor. Summary of experience during testing a program, show the possibilities of using the program. The thesis is written in slovak language.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is also analysis available conducting decrees for laws and how will it effect projection and technical practise. The retrieval part of the bachelorś thesis deals with legislation concerning energy audit and energy audit processing at wastewater treatment plants. Further work is aimed at assessing the energy performance, energy optimization and operation of energy self-sufficiency wastewater treatment plants. The practical part is focused on the comparison of the specific energy consumption for wastewater treatment in Koprivnice. The aim is to assess the energy performance of the selected indicators. This is an assessment of the m3 of waste water, kg BOD5 removed and the number of population equivalent.

Cost-effectiveness of energy efficiency investments in the Czech Republic

The aim of the thesis is to determine why there are set wrong conditions of public expenditure programs to improve energy efficiency in the Czech Republic. The thesis analyzes conditions of funding and planning of specific projects funded by the Operational Environment program. The main criterion for evaluating projects is the consideration of energy efficiency. Methodologically, the research is based on an analysis of secondary data and the concept of cost-effectiveness. Based on the analysis, recommendations are made for changes in processes and parameterization of public expenditure programs in order to take account of higher energy efficiency criteria in the design and selection of supported projects, and thus be the energy efficiency target for 2020 by 20% could be achieved.

Systémový přístup ke snižování zatížení životního prostředí v souvislosti s výstavbou a provozem budov‚ s důrazem na stavebně-energetické souvislosti

Cílem projektu je výběr optimálních opatření a doporučení pro snižování energetické a materiálové náročnosti společně se snižováním zátěže skleníkovými plyny ve stavebnictví (při výstavbě, rekonstrukcích, provozování a odstraňování staveb). Optimalizace postupů ve stavebnictví z hlediska dopadů na životní prostředí s důrazem na technologie, např. tzv. pasivních domů jak v nové výstavbě, tak zejména při rekonstrukcích. Cílem je prokázat, že energeticky optimalizovaná řešení, která přinášejí výrazné snížení zatížení životního prostředí, jsou investičně Ekonomicky) neutrální. Limitujícím faktorem většího rozšíření jsou pak záležitosti jiné než technické a ekonomické, ale spíše organizační a strategická.

Studie se zabývá energetickou a environmentální náročností staveb a možnostmi, jak ji ekonomicky efektivně snížit. Byly shromážděny a analyzovány údaje ze tří zdrojů: z průzkumu na stavebních úřadech, ze vzorku energetických auditů a z většího množství projektů reálných budov. byly vytvořeny modely budov, které hodnotí budovy jako celek. Do modelu byly zahrnuty potřeby energií na vytápění, ohřev vody a provoz elektrospotřebičů, odpovídající provozní náklady, potřebné reinvestice v průběhu sledované životnosti objektu a environmentální důsledky jeho provozu. Závěrečná zpráva podává celkový pohled na možnosti ovlivnění obvyklého způsobu navrhování staveb z hlediska všech účastníků tohoto procesu, a to v rámci technických, ekonomických a organizačních možností účastníků.
