The target of this work is to analyze the personal activities (staff planning, recruitment, selection, hiring, adaptation, evaluation and reward employees, subsequent training, analysis care for employees, working conditions and human resource information system) in Patria Kobylí, and compare it with theory and used procedure, determine strengths and weaknesses individual personnel activities, as the case may be propose suitable measures to improve the current situation. Bachelor thesis is based on technical literature, interviews with employees and in-house documentation.
Analysis of employee care in company

The theme of this Bachelor thesis is an analysis of employee care. The purpose of the thesis is to break down each of both mandatory and voluntary segments that comprise company employee care and to suggest adopting measures that could improve that existent employee care and amplify employees' well-being on the workplace. A part of the thesis is also a survey among the employees and a SWOT analysis. The first part of the Bachelor thesis is focused on mandatory and voluntary employee care in theory. The key terms are defined using literature and the Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labour Code. In the introduction to the practical part of the thesis the company being analysed is introduced and subsequently the application of measures regarding employee care is presented. A piece of the practical part are also the findings of the survey done by method of a questionaire, that was to ascertain the level of happiness of the employees under the current measures and a SWOT analysis. Measures that could lead to improving the existing conditions are recommended on the basis of the ascertained data.

The Bachelor's thesis focuses on the process of recruitment and selection of employees. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes concepts that are important for understanding of issues of the process of recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter briefly describes the company xxx. Next two chapters deal with the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the company. The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is compare the theoretical part of the thesis with the process of recruitment and selection of employees in company xxx. The thesis is based on a literature, internal documents and interviews with employees of the division of human resources.

The main aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyzed selected personal management processes in MiDAP, s.r.o., which is operarating in the telecommunication market as a franchisee partner of Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s. The thesis is divided into theoretical part, where we are describing basic characteristics of hiring using literature and practical part, where we describe the company and analyze proceses, described in theoretical part using information from HR manager and internal documents of company. In the end of practical part we evaluate analyzed processes a compare them with theoretical knowledge and we also suggest improvement to company.
Employee motivation in ROTAREX Praha Ltd.

The Thesis deals with motivation of people in work environment. In the theoretical part, there are basic terminology concerning motivation, general theories of motivation, methods of work performance management and follow-up remuneration explained. The practical part includes an introduction of the ROTAREX Group company and a result processing from executed empiric research in its daughter company ROTAREX Praha Ltd. The personal interview with the head of human resources department and selected employees were based on questionnaire survey and concerned the work environment and employee motivation factors of the company.

The topic of the thesis is the staff motivation and benefits. The work is primary targeted at the motivation of young employees without higher education. It describes the possibilities how to motivate and reward employees according to the experts, it is researching through the questionnaire which motivators are the most preferred among the employees of the LIP distribution Ltd. and which ones are preferred in general, regardless the education, age or economical situation. It subsequently compares those results, finds conclusions and recommendations for the LIP distribution Ltd. company.

Practical part is presented in the third and fourth chapters. The third chapter introduces company Sony. The fourth chapter describes the employee benefits that the company provides to its employees and primary research by means of a questionnaire in Sony Europe Limited - organizational component Czech Republic.

The goal of this thesis is to get acquainted with the issue of employee motivation from a theoretical perspective, and then analyze the incentive system in a selected company - Sellier & Bellot. In conclusion, I would like to evaluate the lessons learned and propose some changes and recommendations for improving motivation in the analyzed company. The work is divided into four parts. The first three are rather theoretical. The first part deals with the explanation of the concept of motivation and characterizes its types and sources. The second part focuses on the motivation of negotiation at work, where the author presents the most important motivational theories dealing with the factors that encourage motivation and, on the contrary, the ones that distort motivation. The third chapter deals with the issue of employee benefits, especially their importance and classification. Then in the practical part, the knowledge acquired in the theoretical part is applied. The author tried to analyze the system of motivation in the selected company and conducted her own research through a questionnaire survey among employees of the company.
