Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje pojmy, které jsou důležité k pochopení problematiky procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Praktická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola stručně charakterizuje společnost xxx. Následující dvě kapitoly se zabývají procesem získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je srovnat teoretickou část práce s procesem získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti xxx. Práce je zpracovaná na základě odborné literatury, interních materiálů a rozhovorů se zaměstnanci oddělení Správy lidských zdrojů. The Bachelor's thesis focuses on the process of recruitment and selection of employees. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes concepts that are important for understanding of issues of the process of recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter briefly describes the company xxx. Next two chapters deal with the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the company. The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is compare the theoretical part of the thesis with the process of recruitment and selection of employees in company xxx. The thesis is based on a literature, internal documents and interviews with employees of the division of human resources.
