The diploma thesis deals with the management of human resources and examines various aspects of personnel activities and approaches within a business company. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical foundations, which are specifically adapted and defined in the context of the selected topic. In the second part, a detailed analysis of human resources management in a specific business company is presented, which includes both quantitative and qualitative evaluation of existing personnel processes. The final part of the work contains the formulation of specific proposals and recommendations intended for the improvement of personnel management in the selected company. These proposals are based on a combination of practical findings and theoretical knowledge, and are designed to reflect and respond to current needs and the state of society. Overall, the diploma thesis is structured in such a way as to provide a comprehensive view of the issue of human resource management and to bring effective solutions for its improvement.

The thesis focuses on the area of human resource management and specifies the individual segments of this management. The work is divided into three basic parts: theoretical, analytical, and design. The theoretical part deals with theoretical foundations, primarily the definition of personnel activities and their various aspects. The analytical part is devoted to the analysis of human resource management in a selected company. The design part brings specific recommendations for changes in personnel management of this company, which are derived from theoretical sources and practical findings. The recommendations are designed to match the current situation in the company.
Employee Remuneration System in the Selected Company

The bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration system, specifically its analysis and suggestions for improvement in terms of total remuneration. The aim was to find out how satisfied the employees are with the current reward system and how the internal and external environment affects it, and based on this information, suggestions for changes that would have a positive impact on the reward system were proposed. The whole bachelor thesis is then divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and the actual suggestions for improvement. Employee satisfaction was evaluated by means of a questionnaire survey, which was completed by employees in paper form and then analysed anonymously.

The aim of this thesis is to describe, analyze, evaluate, and propose measures to improve the system of care for employees. The first part is theoretical, which defines the terms that are necessary to cope with an understanding of the issues and provides a basis for the practical part. Content is defined by the importance of taking care of employees, its structure. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of care for employees in that company. As part of the survey, which was based on a questionnaire survey. Based on the obtained data are suggested steps to improve the effectiveness and satisfaction of all employees tuned system.
