Employee Adaptation Process in the Selected Company

The diploma thesis focuses on the adaptation process of new employees in the selected company, including the Enter team as part of this process. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation of the concepts related to the issue. In the practical part, an analysis of the current state of the company is performed, and in the last part of the thesis recommendations for improving the adaptation process are presented.

In individual segments of the theoretical part, concepts and methods are analysed using professional literature. The second part focuses on the company’s characteristics and a description of its current methods in terms of selection, recruitment, and adaptation of a worker. The last part of the thesis proposes amendments that may lead to changes in the company’s existing system.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the  current situation of the company’s personal marketing in order to improve the areas identified as problematic.

This diploma thesis deals with managers' approach to human resources management in the non-profit, profitable and state sector. This is a topic that is currently the foundation for every well-functioning organization. It is highly relevant for all three types of sectors. The diploma thesis is divided into the conceptual and research part (including the methodological part). The conceptual part of the diploma thesis deals first with description of individual sectors and the relations between them. It also deals with the general concepts that are related to the given issue as a human resources management and its individual components. The research part uses qualitative research in human resources management in selected state institutions. The form of a semi-structured interview is about how managers approach human resources management in their organization. Recruitment, selection and adaptation of the employees in Chotěbořské strojírny služby, a.s. company

The thesis is focused on recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees in Chotěbořské strojírny služby, a.s. company. At first I defined theoretical principles and methodology and then I characterized company that I have chosen. The empirical part is a key section of the thesis. I described contemporary system of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees in this part. I found positives and negatives as a result of the analysis of the processes. I tried to eliminate these negatives in order to find optimal situation in the processes of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees of Chotěbořské strojírny služby, a.s. company.
