Electronic legal transactions with a focus on simple electronic signatures Abstract The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter consists of an introduction. The second chapter presents the general regulation and the meaning of the signature with a brief historical background necessary to assess the possible applicability of earlier conclusions to the current legal regulation. The third chapter is devoted to the current regulation and individual types of electronic signatures, i.e. the division into qualified electronic signature, advanced electronic signature and simple electronic signature and the Czech specificity in the form of advanced electronic signature based on a qualified certificate for electronic signatures, commonly known as recognised electronic signature. The chapter also concludes with a discussion of biometric signature, which is increasingly used in practice. The fourth chapter deals with the written form of legal transactions, i.e. a detailed analysis of the Sections 561 and 562 of the Civil Code, including their interrelation. Furthermore, aspects of digital continuity in higher levels of electronic signatures and their comparison with simple electronic signature are discussed. Electronic Registry for Local Authority

Bachelor thesis "Electronic registry for local authority" is focused on usage of electronic registries for electronic communication between citizens and public authority. The first part describes the legislative page incidental with e-registries, principles of their functionality, and important requierements which are set on e-registiries. Furthermore elementary electronic signature's informations are included, along with creation and verification, and informations about certificates and certification authorities. The usage of digital signature at communication with electronic registry is also described. The second part is used to present particular concept of implemented sample electronic registry's system, and the solution of picked problems.
Secure data transmition using bar codes

The goal of this thesis was to create a system for visual data transmition using bar codes. It focuses mainly on the protection of the system against abuse. A mechanism was designed for the data transmition itself and the various security concepts. The most appropriate bar code for data transmition was selected on the basis of the analysis.

Cryptography on constrained devices

This thesis describes the implementation of a verifier, revocation authority and issuer side of an attribute authentication algorithm, using device with limited performance capabilities. Chosen scheme, RKVAC, functions as an attribute authentication protocol. Which are a protocols designed to protect private user data. RKVAC Scheme complies with Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default principles, which are a part of regulations such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and eIDAS (Electronic Identification and Trust Services).

The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a web application for a private company as a product. Part of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of the current digitization of local governments. The application design itself includes cases of application use, user interface, database design and other technical requirements. The conclusion deals with the economic evaluation of the design.
On-Line Monitoring of Expiration of DNSSEC Signatures

In the bachelor thesis we have described computer software (programme) which is supposed to check the signatures of DNS (Domain Name System) records (resource records) and warn in due time about the expiry date or the approaching expiry date of the signatures in order to prevent from expiring. In the paper we have specified the DNSSEC (Domain Name System Security) technology, new resource records for the DNSSEC and details of signing the resource records. Moreover, we have introduced the programme itself, the possibilities of setting the programme, the ways of data reading and warning output. Since no such programme exists, and because there is a need to check the signatures quickly and warn about their expiry date, we have decided for this work.
