Design of an industrial robot with six degrees of freedom
Štefek, Ondřej ; Štěpánek, Vojtěch (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design, production and construction of robots with six degrees of freedom and a serial kinematic structure. In the beginning of the thesis, the individual types of robots, used gearboxes, energy media are described, and the principle of direct and inverse robot kinematics is outlined here. In the next chapters, the system approach of the robot, the selection of the optimal variant of creation, and then the kinematics and dynamics of the robot, which further follows on from the principle of the creation of castings, the design nodes of the robot and its electrical engineering and the programming of the control system, are analyzed. For the pinions and the shaft of the fifth axis, a safety analysis is carried out with respect to the limit state of elasticity. This robot design is then financially compared with a commercially available industrial robot. For the robot, among other appendices, drawing documentation, an electrical wiring diagram and a safety analysis of the robotic workplace have been prepared. The robot and the related robotic workplace are physically built in the workshops of the Institute of Production Machines, Systems and Robotics in Brno.
Computational Modelling of the Automotive Gearbox Dynamics Using Multi-Body Approach
Suchý, Pavel ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
The thesis deals with construction of a computational model of the manual automotive gearbox MQ281 in MSC ADAMS View software, on which several static and dynamic operating states of the gearbox are simulated. The input for the MBS model construction is the CAD assembly of the gearbox in necessary detail and parameters of all gears. The computational model uses a custom model of bearings and the engagement helical spur gears based on the transmission error. The outputs of the simulations are courses of forces and moments acting in bearings, gears and synchronizing clutches, courses of shafts deflection, courses of angular velocities of shafts and gears, frequency analysis of operating states.
Communication and corporate culture in construction engineering
Macinková, Martina ; Molnár, Josef (referee) ; Linkeschová, Dana (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on communication and corporate culture in the construction engineering, with an emphasis on importance and improvement. The thesis aims to capture the importance of this topic in the context of the construction engineering. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the issue of communication and culture in the construction industry is examined in detail to provide a comprehensive overview. The practical part presents the results of the research conducted, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. The data was obtained through questionnaire surveys and guided interviews with employees of selected construction companies. The paper concludes with a summary of partial conclusions and formulates recommendations for improving communication and corporate culture in construction companies. This work included a proposal for a more effective survey methodology and tips for making the industry more attractive to young people.
Dynamic analysis of an in-line arranged cylindrical chimney
Harazim, Petr ; Kanický, Viktor (referee) ; Salajka, Vlastislav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the response of a steel smokestack structure to wind loads. A detailed computational model implementing the finite element method was created in accordance with the available drawing documentation. The new smokestack was placed next to an existing one, thus it can be assumed that these two structures will affect each other. The thesis also elaborates on the problems of aerodynamic and aeroelastic stability of the earlier smokestack; in particular, the occurrence of vortex shedding in resonance with eigenfrequency of the structure, with the use of the program ANSYS CFX. The evaluation of the structure includes survey of the strength and deflections of the structure. The calculations are in accordance with valid ČSN EN norms.
Sport Centre Brno
Zaplatil, David ; Vostrejž, Dušan (referee) ; Odvárka, Antonín (advisor)
It is an object of sports equipment, which will be mainly used for ice hockey, as well as for the organization of other sporting and social events. The main objective in the design of architectural buildings were to meet modern requirements for the operation and use of the sports hall. Mass solution hall is designed as part of a hyperbolic curve, which rotates around a central axis. This substance is added next curve and along the perimeter. It is a sine wave, which is twice reflected on the mass of the object. This curve separates the roofing structure from the construction and glazing adds mass element dynamics, which is in my opinion the sporting character of the buildings needed. Construction is due to this curve seems to be constantly moving. This curve has another purpose and that the highest point of the curve are a total of two, is the main entrances to the building and the curve that creates a kind of "entry portal".
Dynamic analysis of structure loaded seismic loads
Janošková, Lenka ; Nevařil, Aleš (referee) ; Vlk, Zbyněk (advisor)
In this diploma thesis the seismic load on two different models is solved – the first model is a beam hall and the second model is a multistory building. The calculation of seismic load was performed according to standard ČSN EN 1998-1 (Eurocode 8) using the response spectrum analysis and the method of equivalent static forces (substi-tute load). For the combination of seismic responses in different directions are used SRSS and CQC rules. Models and calculations were solved in a student’s version of program RFEM 4.10 (Ing. Software Dlubal, s.r.o.). The comparison of mentioned methods in each models, also the comparison of combinative rules in calculation and the final evaluation of seismic responses on both of models are the subject of this thesis.
Influence of trailers load on driving properties of train
Pečová, Monika ; Bradáč, Albert (referee) ; Belák, Michal (advisor)
This diploma thesis describes the behavior combination of vehicles, especially the semitrailer type when empty and loaded. In addition to the basic design differences of vehicle combinations this work presents the effects of crosswinds, tire properties and the importance of the center of gravity of the system and choice of axle type for directional dynamics.
The spectral and directional analysis of xylophone, vibraphone and glockenspiel
Hoffman, Pavel ; Indrák, Michal (referee) ; Jirásek, Ondřej (advisor)
Bacherlor‘s thesis deals with spectral analysis and directional characteristics of idiophonic instruments, xylophone, vibraphone and glockenspiel. It analyzes various details during spectral analysis, that could have an effect on the spectrum of a given instrument, and especially on its inharmonicity, thus analyzing its effect on the hardness of mallet, dynamics and the location of the mallet striking the bars (stones, wooden plates). It examines the changes in the harmonic range and the formant areas of instruments. The thesis further describes the mallets, the instruments themselves, theoretical base and the means by which the sound samples were acquired and processed.
Increasing the thermal, electrical and mechanical properties of emergency brakes
Zermegh, Tomáš ; Krejčí, Petr (referee) ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (advisor)
This thesis is dealing with a detailed analysis of electromechanical brake used in emergency situations to stop the electric motor. Environmental influences, bad material proposal or bad design parameters can significantly limit the behaviour of a brake. The thesis presents several approaches to avoid these limitations, to limit the reaction time and achieve better results. The attached programs can be used either for innovation, or for the new brake design based on the entry requirements.
Revitalization Program of Floral Garden in Kromeriz
Kudlička, Jan ; Matoušková, Petra (referee) ; Mléčka, Jan (advisor)
This project elaborate the foreground of Kvetna garden in Kromeriz.Everything is solucionated like a fluid connection with an old garden. It isssues from the old concept but however has got a new modern and dynamic form. The main idea is to make a pleasure visit for the people who will arrive and give them more knowings about culture ,history and art.
