Leave legislation in Czech republic, and Slovak republic Poland

Title: Leave Legislation in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland Author: Iveta Niemiec Abstract: There are three neighbouring states in the spotlight of this thesis: Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Approach of the annual leave legislation in those countries and mutual comparison could be defined as a main goal. Adumbration of annual leave as a significant part of labour law legislation and its purpose definition, which consists mainly in creating space for recovery and longer rest, is followed by short excursion into the history of legislation development. In this regard the year 1918 is found to be a breakthrough, which opened up the possibility of own legislation in Czechoslovakia and Poland. Getting closer to the leave legislation of particular states is preparation for a comparison of particular institutes and sub-institutes of leave of each labour code. Subsequenlty stated judicature provides an overview of application of legal rules related to the leave. Investigation is concluded by impact of the EU legislation on the particular institutes of the leave. Issue of taking leave for teaching and non-teaching staff

This bachelor degree thesis deals with the planning of annual leave for teaching and non-teaching staff and with their taking leave in different types of schools and educational establishments in the district of Havlíčkův Brod run by municipalities, in relation to valid legal regulations. It is based on the assumption that annual leave is planned for the purpose of using up all leave of all employees in the year when they are entitled to take it. The thesis summarizes the reasons for which not all annual leave is taken, looks at the compliance with legal regulations and tries to find out in which parts of schools and in which categories of staff the biggest problems with taking annual leave arise and how this affects the school budget. The results of the research survey could be applied in the vocational education of headmasters and headmistresses.
Comparison of Czech and Slovak legal regulation of leave

The dissertation contains an overview of labor law legislation, especially the regulation of holidays, in the territory of historical Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia on the one hand and in the territory of today's Slovakia on the other hand. For a better understanding of the issue, an overview of the development of working conditions and labor protection in a given time context in both cultural areas is also provided. I believe that the presented comparison of legal regulations in both territories is an interesting excursion not only in terms of labor law itself, but also in the field of legal history. I believe that in the presented summary of the work it provides important and interesting expanding knowledge in the field of labor law and social security law. In my opinion, similar work was lacking in our market, and therefore it can be assumed that in this direction it will contribute to its enrichment if it is possible to realize its book edition, which is under negotiation. The submitted bachelor thesis deals with labour law and its status in two member states of the European Union, namely the Czech Republic and the Kingdom of Spain. My thesis describes the current status of selected labour law institutes which are employment contract, employment term, trial period, termination of employment, holidays, minimum wages, severance pay, and unemployment benefits. I compare them and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the legislation of both countries.
Zhodnocení venkovské turistiky v okolí obce Lísek na Vysočině

This thesis on Evaluation of rural tourism in the village Lísek surroundings in the Vysočina region are divided into several parts. The first part deals with literature review with a general description of tourism, rural tourism and rural tourism products. Following are characteristics of the village Lísek and its surroundings. Afterwards description of services in the village (accommodation, catering, transport, agro-touris operations) and accompanying programs (cycling, skiing trails, and hiking trails, geocaching, social events). Another chapter consists basic information and SWOT analysis of family accommodation in the cottage U Houdků. At the conclusion of this work there are included propositions for the improvement of rural tourism in the area around the village Lísek regarding our accommodation. It is the introduction of breakfast, bike rental operation and proposing my own agrofarm with sheep raising.

This diploma thesis with its subject on Comparison of legal regulation of the annual leave in the Czech Republic and other member states of the EU with respect to current judgements of the European Court of Justice offers a comparative view of legal regulations of the institute of annual leave in chosen member states of the European union and its comparison with the legal regulation of the institute of annual leave in the Czech Republic. In the first chapter this diploma thesis talks about the history and legal roots of legal regulation of annual leave in the Czech Republic with regards to legal regulation of annual leave in the legal documents of the European union. Furthermore, the first chapter of this diploma thesis provides a view of the current legal regulation of annual leave in the Czech Republic and describes individual types of the annual leave in the Czech Republic. The second chapter of this diploma thesis contains the main comparison between the legal regulations of annual leave of chosen member states and the legal regulations of annual leave of the Czech Republic. This thesis focuses on the legal adjustment of leave. Due to the novelization of the Code of work which is being heard by these times, leave is very topical issue. First pages of this thesis discourse the term "leave", its characteristics and its purpose, which is mainly the regeneration of labor force. Following are the sources of leave's legal regulations, which include mainly the international treaties, European labour act, constitutional law and valid domestic legal enactments. Significant portion of this thesis is dedicated to the analysis of leave's history since the beginnings of labour act, through the first anchorage of paid leave in legal enactments, till the release of the first labour code in 1965, including its comparison with the actual enactment. The most significant part of this thesis investigates in detail the present legal regulations and individual establishments of the ninth part of the labour code, called leave, considering practical problems with its actual application. Purchasing behavior when choosing holidays in the Vysočina region

The thesis is focused on the analysis of buying behaviour during the selection of a holiday and during the holiday of the Vysočina Region inhabitants in 2019. The thesis has two basic parts, the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the issues of tourism, shopping behaviour, marketing research and market segmentation. This information was obtained from professional literature and scientific articles. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey was conducted at Vysočina region. It was followed by the interpretation of the results and an evaluation of hypotheses. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, individual segments of consumers were determined, in terms of gender, age groups and highest educational attainment. Trends in buying behaviour during the selection of holiday were then identified for these segments. The last step was the elaboration of proposals and recommendations for business subjects of tourism.
