Differences of understanding and remembering of antique tale red by pupils, compared with antique tale worked out through methods of D.I.E.

A diploma thesis is concerned with research. The research is focused on compare of effectiveness and differences of two opposite techniques, which are using in school environment. Methods and techniques of drama in contrast of clasics method of frontal teaching. A primary aim of diploma thesis is finding out, if these particular methods has got influences for better or worst understanding and remembering subject metter and how big are these influences. The diploma thesis is devided on two parts. First is theoretics and second is practics part. Thoretics part is making efforts to sketch these problematics of technical viewpoint. It is woking mainly with specialized literature. Theoretics part is creating foundations for practics part. Practics part is asking about researches questions first and choosing exploratives methodes for research. Like researchs method is selecting of analysis of tests from children from both of classes. Test was created on the basis of taked places of lessons. Starting point for practics part was book names "Old greece mythos and legends" from author Eduard Petiška. Education for patriotism in Czech schools

The key aim of this work is a method of patriotic education in our schools, mainly in the first grade of primary schools. The point of this work is to awaken patriotism in society again. In the first step we are informed about the important ideas that enable to develope the assumptions neccesary for the patriotic recognition and for an increase in patriotic feeling. The theory pays the attention to morality, influencing behaviour; for example, material and physical values and the aesthetic. It describes each historical term individually, from the beginning of national recovery during the first half of 19th century to the present days. It underlines the need to understand correctly the individual ideas and it points out the general chaos and risks of their interpretations in society. It recognises the important tasks that our society has to face to maintain the education of patriotism succesfully. The practical aspect contains the class discussions, interwiews and analysis of individual pupils, teachers, directors and it compares the level and quality of class debats with teacher`s attitude. The main thing was to find out the teachers' personal feeling about patriotism, his or her attitude towards its education and the way he or she communicates this during the lessons.

Time limits in tax administration

Time limits in tax administration Time limits have an irreplaceable role in law. They are of a crucial importance especially in situations where a certain act (exercise of a right or a fulfillment of obligation) is limited by time so that after a certain time expiration it is possible to state that such an act was not performed and thus to draw legal consequences hereof. The main purpose of a time limit is the demarcation of the state of uncertainty as to whether the act will be performed or not and thus to determine either the legal consequence of the performance of the act or the consequences of the default of time. It is clear that the tax proceedings legislation also needs its time limits. Quite frequently it is necessary to set a certain time period for the performance of an act. This time period is set by a time limit. Otherwise it would be only possible to state that an act has already been performed or not yet been performed. It would however not be possible to state that the act was supposed to be performed, i.e. if a person who could have acted or was supposed to act, in fact did not act, the whole process of administration of taxes would come to a deadlock. Deadlines under the Administrative and Tax Code

Annotation The diploma thesis deals with the description and analysis of tax and administrative management in terms of deadlines. The aim of the thesis is to find a practical basis when applying an inconsistent setting of deadlines in the tax and administrative procedures. It was important to determine whether the concept of deadlines in the legislation is different, how the concept of time is regulated in the legislation and how this issue can actually affect us. The analysis of individual management was based on actual data. I was provided the data related to the tax procedure by a particular tax subject. The data related to the administrative procedure were requested from a specific administrative authority. The practical part of the thesis deals with a detailed analysis of individual management in terms of deadlines. The tax procedure was about determining the preclusion of the deadline for a tax assessment and the identification of the factors which had an impact on the course of this period. In the case of administrative proceeding, the time limits which are necessary for discussion of the minor offense and the administrative offense were analyzed. The thesis contains tables with data for better clarity within individual management.

Bohemian Rome

Cultural elements which originated from Rome, broke through into many cultures of the world. Their influence also affected cultures of central Europe - the Czech culture being one of them. The theme of this work is the analysis of the fundamental knots of the Czech culture and the culture presented by Rome. The main attention is paid to the more general and oldest themes mentioning the theoretical concesequences concerning culturology. The first part of this work is devoted to the oldest evidence of any relationship between the two locations. Following that, the chapter about Marobudov, which is the former citizen of Rome, who enriched his empire with elements of ancient culture. Cyril and Metoděj - a famous pair of Czech statehood establishers. This work is focused on the two brothers trip and stay in Rome, being a part of their missions success. Some of the famous Czech saints St. Václav and St. Vojtěch had a very warm relationship with Rome, which projected into their lives - the way of thinking and actions, which significantly affected the Czech culture. Two chapters are therefore dedicated to the mentioned figures, describing evidence of their relationship with the municipality. Dopravní napojení venkovských obcí Jihomoravského kraje

The theme of this thesis is the analysis of transport connection of rural municipalities (villages) in South Moravian Region. In the theoretical part by means of literature search terms regarding transport and transport services are defined. Then the description of transport types according to the covered territory and characteristics of the Integrated Transport System of South Moravian Region (IDS JMK) follow. After that the transport and socio-economic characteristics of South Moravian Region are also described. In the practical part the situational analysis of the transport connection of municipalities in South Moravian Region on weekdays and at weekends is carried on. It is evaluated on the basis of three parameters: frequency, time and price. The transport service was learned in the groups of municipalities according to the population in the direction to the catchment area centre of individual districts and to the capital of South Moravian Region - Brno. The practical part is closed with the analysis of alternative personal transport (time and price of travel) with different number of passengers and the possibility of cycling for three selected micro-regions.
