Detection of changes in the image
Čech, Jan ; Zemčík, Tomáš (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is finding changes in two similar pictures made in different periods of time. This task belongs to the field of computer vision. To solve this problem different methods of computer vision are used. First the angle of scanning has to be found. Then pictures go through the proces of preprocessing, afterwards the segmentation and the determination of descriptors are carried out. Finally, the pictures are compared and the differences are pointed out.
Monitoring and Analysis of Web Page Changes
Blaheta, David ; Křivka, Zbyněk (referee) ; Rychlý, Marek (advisor)
The content of this thesis is the issue of monitoring and analysis of web page changes. Work offers an overview of tools and applications that are used today to monitoring and deals with their functionality and implementation. The most important part is devoted to creating an information system for detecting and monitoring changes. Provides a theoretical introduction, design and implementation of an application, that aims to detect changes based on user defined filters. So application gives users only the information, which really interested him. Results are presented in the form of RSS channels. The paper describes a complete design and implementation, including possible future expansion.

The aim of this thesis is finding changes in two similar pictures made in different periods. This task belongs to the field of computer vision. To solve this problem different methods of computer visions are used in several solution versions. Program is working with two scenes. In final version are objects from both scenes compared. The result is written into logging file.

Detekce změn v lineárních modelech a bootstrap
Čellár, Matúš ; Prášková, Zuzana (advisor) ; Hušková, Marie (referee)
This thesis discusses the changes in parameters of linear models and methods of their detection. It begins with a short introduction of the two basic types of change point detection procedures and bootstrap algorithms developed specifically to deal with dependent data. In the following chapter we focus on the location model - the simplest example of a linear model with a change in parameters. On this model we will illustrate a way of long-run variance estimation and implementation of selected bootstrap procedures. In the last chapter we show how to extend the applied methods to linear models with a change in parameters. We will compare the performance of change point tests based on asymptotic and bootstrap critical values through simulation studies in both our considered methods. The performance of selected long-run variance estimator will also be examined both for situations when the change in parameters occurs and when it does not. 1
Change detection in RCA models
Biolek, Jiří ; Prášková, Zuzana (advisor) ; Hudecová, Šárka (referee)
The thesis describes Random Coefficient Autoregressive time series mo- dels (RCA models). In first chapter we introduce different types of estimati- ons for coefficients of RCA model. Main part is in second chapter, where we describe detection changes procedures for all methods mentioned in chapter one, here the thesis expands the current theory about change detection of wei- ghted least square method and functional estimation. In last chapter we sum- marize results of simulation study. 1
Evaluation of area and changes of the agricultural land in Czechia 2006 - 2012
Hofrajtr, Martin ; Štych, Přemysl (advisor) ; Laštovička, Josef (referee)
Evaluation of area and changes of the agricultural land in Czechia 2006 - 2012 Abstract This thesis deals with the evaluation of area and changes of the agricultural land in selected regions in Czechia on the basis of the data from the years of 2006 and 2012, using the available international and national databases of land cover and land use. In the practical part, firstly the compatibility of classification systems of the surveyed databases is compared, then the state and changes of individual classes of agricultural land are analysed on two levels - national and regional - using functions of ArcGIS software. The overall result confirmed the assumption that the proportion of permanent grass cover in respect to agricultural land is increasing at the expense of that of arable land. Certain discrepancies between the results, however, point out different purposes of the surveyed databases and thus differences in their parameters and classification systems. Remote sensing, which enables to determine the real state of agricultural land and its classes, seems to be auspicious. Key words: change detection, agricultural land, CORINE Land Cover, Urban Atlas, land register - LPIS
