This Bachelor thesis deals with problems of information system in data boxes. The theoretical part consists of the concept in data boxes, egovernment and the implementation of data boxes such as electronic certificates, electronic documentation and storage capability. The problems are elaborated according to a large organization, such as a regional authority of South Moravian country. The practical part includes the describtion of the organization and its information system. Furthermore, it evaluates the integration of data boxes in the organization with help of the implementation, which results from the particular proposal to solve the problem.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the actual state of electronic government. It describes its individual sections and their problems. Also, it focuses on information technologies employed in eGovernment and describes their implementation. It elaborates on related legislature and its practical application. Part of the thesis is an analysis of data mailboxes. Pivotal section comprises design and implementation of a program which substitutes the original interface for data mailboxes operation.

This diploma thesis called eGovernment from the perspective of interest groups engages with the current topic of the usage of eGovernment in the Czech Republic. The main goal of the thesis is to identify the main benefits and drawbacks of used eGovernment services from the perspective of selected interest groups. Supportive goals of the thesis are to identify interest groups that can view this issue differentially and characterize the actual status of eGovernment in the Czech Republic. A part of this thesis also focuses on the comparison of eGovernment status among the Visegrad Group countries. Benefits and drawbacks of eGovernment are identified by multiple methods, mainly by quantitative pre-research and qualitative research performed by the author of this thesis in the form of questionnaires and interviews with the representatives of selected interest groups. Prior to both types of research, the author conducted SWOT analyses of eGovernment services is conducted from the perspective of all selected interested groups. Service of documents in administrative proceedings

V ANGLICKÉM JAZYCE The thesis focuses on service of documents in administrative proceedings. At the beginning of the thesis, the used terminology and constitutional framework are defined. The main part deals with the two main forms of delivery, an electronic and a documentary form. Regarding the excessive use of electronic communication in today's society, the electronic form is described in detail. Afterwards, the thesis deals with the issue of the service of documents to foreign countries and defects that may occur during the delivery. Many uncertainties and questions have arisen putting an information system of data boxes and using of data boxes for communication between entities and administrative bodies into operation. The author therefore dedicated a considerable attention to this topic. Attention is also paid to the institute of electronic signature. This institute was adopted in the Czech legislation in accordance with European legislation. Elaborating this thesis, the author used primary legal sources, literature both domestic and foreign origin, and public information sources.

v anglickém jazyce Legal aspects of electronic communication in administrative procedures The dissertation thesis has two basic parts, the first and largest part offers a comprehensive view on electronic communication with public authorities in the Czech Republic and the possibilities of electronic identification. The second part of the dissertation thesis is focused on legal aspect of personal data protection in electronic communication with abovementioned authorities. In both of these parts, the current EU legislation (e.g. eIDAS and GDPR) is taken into account. The first chapter contains an analysis of basic legal terms and institutes in the area of electronic communication and identification as well as in the field of personal data protection (e.g. data message, electronic signature, authentication, personal data and invalidity of delivery). Detailed analysis of legislative development in the area of electronic communication follows. Analysis of the e-mailbox application of the Slovak Republic

This paper analyzes the level of life situations of a citizen of the Slovak Republic in connection with data by e-mail. One of the aims of this work is to familiarize readers with the level and availability of the systems of public administration of the Slovak Republic, the concept data e-mailboxes and provides a comparison of this area with other countries. To meet this goal, I will use the available information about data repositories in Slovakia and abroad. The main objective of this work is to describe the situation chosen from the real world (which we can understand as a service) encountered by citizens in relation to the application of a data e-mailbox in Slovakia. This service is by modeling processes analyzed in order to determine the level of friendliness in relation to the user. The reader learns how to deal with if it wants to use the services associated with data e-mail. It will then be informed on what level the user interface and functionality of the services. Our experience is a proposal for improving data e-mailbox in Slovakia, given the lessons learned from the comparison with the countries of Germany and Sweden. Contribution of the work I see familiar readers with the level of data and application availability e-mailbox Slovak Republic. Slovak citizens obtain information how to deal with if it wants to use the services associated with data e-mail Slovakia, and last but not least, I can see the benefits for the Slovak Republic, which it can use Suggestions for improving data e-mailbox in the process of development of ICT in public administration and government.
