This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of corporate income tax, the possible legal processes leading to a reduction of the tax liability of selected company. The theoretical part contains the legal regulation of corporate taxation, the basic terms used in relation to determining the tax liability of a legal entity. The suggestion part contains the application of theoretical knowledge to clarify my own suggestion for optimizing the tax liability of the selected corporate.

Mobile Cranes Models Review

The thesis deals with mobile cranes with a lifting capacity of 50 tonnes. The introduction describes the basic concepts related to these machines. Followed by a general cranes overview. This thesis focuses on a brief description of wheeled and tracked mobile cranes. It describes the undercarriage of the wheeled cranes and undercarriage of the tracked crane and crawler crane with it’s basic elements. After that is described the structure of the upper rotating wheel and track mobile truck crane. In the overview are specified the current global producers and companies that already do not produce these machines. Follows the short overview about companies - Grove, Liebherr, Manitowoc, Tadano, Terex-Demag and CKD. In the next part are written more details about company Grove interesting systems which are used in theirs products. At the end of this work are given a table showing the mobile crane on a brand-wheeled chassis with a capacity of over 50 the summary table with belt manufacturers of mobile cranes with a lifting capacity exceeding 50 tonnes.

The result of the work will help small bussiness better orientate themselves the issues and apply it to their business so that they can optimise their tax liability. The theoretical part of the work approaches the Code and options for optimizing tax liability. The analysis section evaluates the current situation and forms the basis for the suggestion section in which we apply suitable optimization options.

In the practical part, this theoretical knowledge is used to create own proposals for tax optimization of a selected legal entity.

Title: Market research of handball sportswear in the Czech Republic Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to obtain a cmprehensive overview of the situation on the czech market for wprotswear for handbal players, which can be used by already existing companies and also the companies that wanted to enter this market. Methods: In order to obtain primary data, qualitative methods were used in the form of an in- depth interview with the owner of the largest online store in the Czech Republic focused on handball, as well as quantitative methods in the form of a questionnaire survey of Czech handball players. TITLE: Unified visual identity of schools AUTHOR: Martin Hejna DEPARTMENT: Information technology and education SUPERVISOR: Mgr. Stanislav Lustig ABSTRACT: Bachelor thesis "Unified visual identity of schools" deals with a visual presentation of elementary and secondary schools. Theoretical part explains a subject of the unified visual identity of schools and describes fundamental parts and phases of the creation. This section is written in the way it can serve as a manual for a right creation of the unified visual identity. On top of that, current situation of schools in this regard is thoroughly described and compared with international peers. Empiric part examines the existence of the unified visual identity at elementary and secondary schools in the Czech Republic, the extent of a use, knowledge of this topic and potential problems with its creation. Research investigation includes 7 individual deep-dive with directorate of elementary and secondary schools.
