The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the economic and fundraising of a selected non – profit organization, Nemocnice Vyškov. At the beginning of the thesis are determined the goals and methods of the work. The first part contains delaited theoretical basis of the issue. The second part, which is analytical, the analysis of economic development is performed. The following section contains the evaluation of the analytical part. In conclusion, suggestions for improving the financial situation of the Nemocnice Vyškov is presented.

Analysis of Management and Accounting Correctness of Specific Areas in Case of a Contributory Organization

The aim of this diploma thesis was to evaluate the correctness of accounting of selected specific areas of assets and sources of financing and to propose methodological improvements in these areas. The theoretical part describes contributory organizations as one of the types of state non-profit organization. It focuses on selected specifics of acounting in this sector, such as fixed assets, funds, subsidy policy, and in the area of corporate income tax.The practical part analyzes selected specifics of the contributory organization in the accounting area, where emphasis is placed on the analysis of accounting methodologies of a particular contributory organization established by a territorial self-governing unit and in the field of taxation. As a secondary aim of the work was proposed complementary activity. In connection with this activity was determined cost allocation according to a suitably chosen schedule key and determination of costs according to the chosen calculation formula. The conclusion of this thesis is an evaluation of selected specific areas of accounting methodologies. The following are recommendations that lead to a more effective way of bookkeeping in this organization.

Marketing Strategy of the Contributory Organization

The aim of the Bachelor thesis called "Marketing Strategy of the Contributory Organizati-on" was to find a suitable marketing strategy for a chosen company using analyzes from the marketing environment and market research. The organization is located in the field of service provision and focuses on education and entertainment. The theoretical part is fo-cused on the description of the non-profit sector and its principles for creating a marketing strategy. The marketing mix, analysis of the competitive environment and marketing re-search are also defined there. The practical part describes the activities of the non-profit organization DDM Písek and deals with a situational analysis of the environment, which includes SWOT analysis and analysis of the marketing mix. The following is a questi-onnaire survey that obtained information about public awareness of DDM Písek's acti-vities. Based on the results of the analyzes and the results of marketing research, the last part of the thesis focuses on the proposal and recommendations for improving the marke-ting strategy of the organization.

Management of a contributory organization

The aim of this diploma thesis was to develop a proposal for improved use of funds in a contributory school facility. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part tries to briefly explain the topics related to the management of the contributory organization and the basic concepts used in financial analysis, non-profit sector and school facilities. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the finances of the contributory organization and the financial analysis was used. Sources of funding, school expenditures and financial results are mapped for the period 2016-2020. At the end of the work is an evaluation and recommendations for improved financial management.

Options for financing the operational costs of secondary schools

Final thesis analyzes financial sources of operating cost of secondary schools. Theoretical part is paid to competencies of the founder in funding of secondary schools and to competencies of schools head. There are explained technical economic terms from financing of secondary schools. In thesis is described process compilation of budget, summary of cash flow and explained problematic value added tax. Research part of final thesis is based on make survey. In survey I investigated, if schools are using all of the available sources for financing and if they have revenues in the main activity, if they operate an additional activity and in which domain, whether schools are payers of VAT. Survey was based on randomly asked high schools, established by the Region. Practical part of research investigation brings information about problems, which are presented in front of schools problems in financial are. Thesis served summary of allocation of funds high schools and explains the choices of raising funds for secondary schools.

The first part defines objectives of the thesis and the methods used. The second part includes the theoretical basis needed to underestand the issue. After that follows an analysis of the current economic of the organization and overal assessment of the financial situation. In the last part contains suggestions for improving the financial situation of the organization.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the development of the economy and fundraising of the select non-profit and contributory organization Domov pro seniory Bažantnice in Hodonín. Firstly, the aims and methods of the work and introduced, the theoretical part then consists of the basic terms associated with non-profit organizations. The analytical part includes the analysis of yields, costs, net income and fundraising. Based on the output of the analyses, proposals for new ways of obtaining funding are presented.

The first part of the thesis deals with methods of processing and the objectives of the work. In the other parts there is the needed theory, the analysis of costs and revenue and partly modified financial analysis. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the organization's economy and own proposals for solutions.
