Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení hospodaření a fundraisingu vybrané neziskové organizace, Nemocnice Vyškov. V úvodu jsou vymezeny cíle a metody zpracování této práce. První část obsahuje detailně zpracovaná teoretická východiska, která se týkají dané problematiky. Ve druhé, analytické části je provedena analýza vývoje hospodaření organizace. Následuje zhodnocení analytické části. V závěru práce jsou představeny návrhy na zlepšení finanční situace Nemocnice Vyškov. The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the economic and fundraising of a selected non – profit organization, Nemocnice Vyškov. At the beginning of the thesis are determined the goals and methods of the work. The first part contains delaited theoretical basis of the issue. The second part, which is analytical, the analysis of economic development is performed. The following section contains the evaluation of the analytical part. In conclusion, suggestions for improving the financial situation of the Nemocnice Vyškov is presented.
