Kindergarten

The subject of this diploma thesis is design documentation of a kindergarten building. The structure is situated in Velká Bíteš on Lánice street in Žďár nad Sázavou district. The building consists of two above ground floors and partial basement. The second floor is only above the central part of the building. The first floor is divided into three sections. On the left and on the right side there are classrooms for children with capacity of 20 children. On both sides there are staff facilities. These two sides are connected to the rectangle in the middle, where there is a staircase that connects all the floors and the basement. In this part there is also a school canteen where the meals are going to be prepared, storage and staff facilities. The structure can accommodate up to 40 children aged 3-6. The building plot which is flat is situated among detached houses and buildings for public services. The external wall in basement is designed from concrete blocks covered with concrete. The external wall above the ground is designed from Porotherm clay blocks. The floor structure is designed from prestressed concrete floor slab Spiroll. The structure is roofed with a flat roof.
Apartment Building

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of a project for the construction of a new apartment building with almost zero energy consumption. The apartment building is placed at a nonurban area of the village Němčany, on parcel number 2354/1. Altogether it has a shape of a prism, however in the frontage, each apartment has its own terrace, balcony, or loggia, which disrupt this shape. The whole object has 4 above ground floors and 1 underground floor. In the basement, there is a utility room, a common room, and cellars. On the first floor there are 4 residential units, a bicycle and carriage room, a cleaning room, and a room for batteries. There are 5 residential units on the second and third floor and 2 vast apartments on the fourth floor. Housing units are designed for 2-8 people, a total amount of up to 54 people can be accommodated here. The whole building is covered by green warm flat roof with a classic order of layers. Regarding the shape and dispositions, the vertical load-bearing structures are made of ceramic blocks THERM, the horizontal load-bearing structures and the perimeter walls in the basement are made of reinforced concrete. The whole building is based on plain concrete foundation strips. The perimeter walls are contact insulated with the ETICS system using facade polystyrene and plastered with snowy white, anthracite and red facade plaster.
Newly built Apartment house

Diploma thesis „ Newly bulit apartment house“ deals with a proposal of block of flats in Veselí nad Lužnicí. The block of flats has got four storeys with no celler, and is in a rectangle shape. It is independently built house on a flat terrain. Bricked construction consists of ceramic constructuion blocks Heluz and reinforced concrete ceilings. The building is based on foundation belts and is roofed by a single-coat flat roof. There are 29 housing units designed in the building.
Above-standard detached house

The bachelor's thesis on the topic Super-standard family house processes project documentation at the level of construction implementation. The building is located in the village of Chomoutov in the Olomouc region. The object is situated on a flat plot of land. The shape of the plot is square. It is a two-story family house with a partial basement. The family house has an indoor pool. The vertical supporting structures are made of ceramic blocks with mineral wool filling. The non-basement part of the building is based on plain concrete foundations. The foundations will be connected in stages. The basement part consists of a white bathtub. The horizontal structures are reinforced concrete monolithic. The roof of the building is a gable roof over the living area and a single-layer flat roof over the pool.
Mountain guest house in Červená Voda

The goal of the thesis was to develop project documentation for the construction of a pension with a restaurant. The object is located in the village of Červená Voda, near the Buková hora ski area. The building is built on sloping terrain. The pension has three above-ground floors and one underground. There are a technical equipment and a common parking lot on the underground floor. On the first above-ground floor there are a restaurant with a kitchen, employee facilities, a reception, offices, and other storage spaces for the pension. On the second and third above-ground floors, there are accommodation units. The accommodation capacity is 40 beds. The architectural and material solution is based on traditional mountain objects. The pension is designed very consistently and responsibly regarding to the surrounding nature and landscape. The structural system of the object is designed as a cross-wall. Load-bearing walls are designed from ceramic blocks. Ceiling constructions are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The main part of the object is covered with a gable roof. The roof structure is composed of a truss system.
