Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektu pro provedení stavby bytového domu s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Bytový dům bude umístěn na okraji vesnice Němčany, na parcele číslo 2354/1. Jako celek má tvar hranolu, nicméně v průčelí má každý z bytů vlastní terasu, balkon nebo lodžii, které tento tvar narušují. Celý objekt má 4 nadzemní a 1 podzemní podlaží. V suterénu se nachází technická místnost, společenská místnost a sklepní kóje. V 1NP se nalezneme 4 bytové jednotky, kolárnu a kočárkárnu, uklízecí místnost a místnost pro baterie. Ve 2NP a 3NP se nachází 5 bytových jednotek a ve 4NP 2 rozlehlé bytové jednotky. Bytové jednotky jsou navrženy pro 2-8 osob, celkem se zde ubytuje až 54 osob. Celá budova je zastřešena pomocí jednoplášťové vegetační ploché střechy s klasickým pořadím vrstev. S ohledem na tvarové a dispoziční řešení jsou svislé nosné konstrukce z keramických tvárnic THERM, vodorovné nosné konstrukce a obvodové stěny v suterénu jsou ze železobetonu. Celá stavba je založena na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Obvodové stěny jsou kontaktně zatepleny systémem ETICS za použití fasádního polystyrenu a omítnuty fasádní omítkou sněhově bílé, antracitové a červené barvy. The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of a project for the construction of a new apartment building with almost zero energy consumption. The apartment building is placed at a nonurban area of the village Němčany, on parcel number 2354/1. Altogether it has a shape of a prism, however in the frontage, each apartment has its own terrace, balcony, or loggia, which disrupt this shape. The whole object has 4 above ground floors and 1 underground floor. In the basement, there is a utility room, a common room, and cellars. On the first floor there are 4 residential units, a bicycle and carriage room, a cleaning room, and a room for batteries. There are 5 residential units on the second and third floor and 2 vast apartments on the fourth floor. Housing units are designed for 2-8 people, a total amount of up to 54 people can be accommodated here. The whole building is covered by green warm flat roof with a classic order of layers. Regarding the shape and dispositions, the vertical load-bearing structures are made of ceramic blocks THERM, the horizontal load-bearing structures and the perimeter walls in the basement are made of reinforced concrete. The whole building is based on plain concrete foundation strips. The perimeter walls are contact insulated with the ETICS system using facade polystyrene and plastered with snowy white, anthracite and red facade plaster.
