This Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the marketing mix of company Cukrárna Romance. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical knowledge of the marketing mix and its individual concepts. The practical part contains an evaluation of the marketing mix of the company Cukrárna Romance and in conclusion are proposed measures for its improvement. Measures should lead to increased awareness of the company, profit and market position.

The analytical part of the work is focused on the examination of the way in calculations of costs and profits with the services of security and cleaning in the context of their provision of outsourcing company. The third part is focused on the possibility of increasing the competitiveness of the company by reducing the prices offered. Price adjustment is issued as a result of the influence of state subsidies for disabled employee.

Abstract The subject of the thesis is "Processing of an offer to a public tender by construction company" from theoretical and practical perspective. In the theoretical part, I define terms related to selecting and processing of the offer briefly. The part describes terms such as marketing, project management methods, project planning including determination of the offer price. I look into the Public Procurement Act, which I consider to be an important control instrument in the processing of offers to public tenders by construction company.
Analysis of the real estate market with restaurant premises in Kroměříž and its surroundings

Diploma thesis analyzes the real estate market of restaurants in the city of Kromeriz and its surroundings in 2015 and 2016. The objective is to identify and determine what factors influence the market price and the factors that affect the market rent of restaurants. Theoretical part defines basic terms related to the topic of the thesis. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first part is an analysis of the real estate market of restaurants in the city of Kromeriz and in the second part conducted a questionnaire survey. The result is a textual and graphical evaluation.
Change in the Value of Land Parcels due to Newly-built Liner Buildings

This thesis aims at clarifying the relationship between the value of the plot and the optimization, modernization or construction of a new line structure, especially a large scale line structure such as a railway or a road. This thesis was written in order to determine more precisely the total amount for the purchase, rental, and setting-up of easements on the plots affected by the construction. Upon calculating the budget price all the factors affecting the value of the plot are not emphasized now. Thus, the aim is to match the budget price as closely as possible with the financial resources which were actually spent. In most cases these structures fall under the category of “structures in the public interest”, and so they comply with respective legal regulations. What is essential is the database of affected plots whose value changes depending on the change of their use, character, and attractiveness based on the respective legal regulations. The thesis attempts at obtaining as much information as possible on the behaviour of the plot owner and construction investor from a large database of affected plots, and to cover the development of the value affected by the construction both in positive and negative terms.
History and Development of Prices of Recreational Buildings Near the Brno Reservoir

Master’s thesis deals with the history and development of the prices of holiday cottages around Brno dam. The introductory part defines the construction for recreation according to the legal regulations, describes the history of Brno dam and its development. The following chapters describe the valuation of holiday cottages according to the previous and present valuation regulations. In the experimental part is performed the analysis of the obtained prices. Two holiday cottages are valued according to the valuation regulations from 1965 until today. For these holiday cottages are performed also market valuation for the period 2014 to 2018. At the end of the master’s thesis is performed discussion of the results and final comprehensive evaluation.
Assessment of the Return on Investment in Insulating a Residential Building in a Selected Area

The diploma thesis deals with the impact of insulation of a residential building on the price of apartment buildings and the payback period of investments in thermal insulation. The theoretical part deals with the topic of energy intensity, methods of thermal insulation and valuation. In the second part of the thesis, the values of selected apartment buildings are determined by the direct comparison method and the time of return of investment in thermal insulation. In addition, the thesis deals with energy saving depending on thermal insulation. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether and how much will increase the price of an apartment house or housing units due to additional thermal insulation, what are the savings for heat and what is the period of return to investment.
