Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou realitního trhu s hostinskými zařízeními ve městě Kroměříž a jejím okolí v letech 2015 a 2016. Cílem je zjistit a stanovit jaké faktory ovlivňuji tržní cenu a faktory, které ovlivňují tržní nájemné hostinských zařízení. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy spojené s tématem diplomové práce. Praktická část je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je provedena analýza realitního trhu hostinských zařízení ve městě Kroměříž a v druhé části provedeno dotazníkové šetření. Výsledkem je textové a grafické hodnocení. Diploma thesis analyzes the real estate market of restaurants in the city of Kromeriz and its surroundings in 2015 and 2016. The objective is to identify and determine what factors influence the market price and the factors that affect the market rent of restaurants. Theoretical part defines basic terms related to the topic of the thesis. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first part is an analysis of the real estate market of restaurants in the city of Kromeriz and in the second part conducted a questionnaire survey. The result is a textual and graphical evaluation.
