Residential building

The subject of the thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of a residential building in Olomouc (village Hejčín). It is an object with one underground floor and three above-ground floors. There are 9 residential units in the building. On the first floor there are 3 housing units, one of which is adapted for wheelchair use. There are also 3 dwelling units with the same layout on the second and third floors. The building is designed as a masonry from a construction system of sand-lime blocks. The ceiling structure is made as a ribbed construction consisting of prestressed beams and concrete inserts. The building is covered with a single-layer flat roof. The project documentation also includes a basic assessment of the building in terms of building physics.
Apartment house Buchlovice

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in buchlovice, k. ú Buchlovice. It is a detached building that closes the residential area. The building is under-collapsed all over its area. The object is divided into two sectors. The northwest sector has three above-ground floors and consists of two residential units. The south-eastern sector has two above-ground floors and also consists of two residential units. The total capacity of the building is four residential units and a mass garage in the basement. All residential units have a separate entrance. The supporting structures of the building are designed from cut brick blocks, monolithic reinforced concrete construction is designed for the underground part of the building. Horizontal supporting structures are chosen reinforced concrete monolithic due to the span and subdiment of the object. The roofing of the building is designed as a classic saddle truss in combination with a single-roof vegetation roof.

The content of the bachelor thesis is the design and development of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The building is detached and is situated in the cadastral area of Pardubice on plots No. 4285/1 and 4321/5. The residential building is partially underground with three floors and is designed with a gable roof with smooth aluminium roofing. There are a total of 11 residential units and it is designed for 26 people. In the basement there are designed basement cubicles for each apartment unit, a technical room and warehouses. On the ground floor there is a bike room and a cleaning room. Residential units located on the second and third floor have a balcony. The attic space is unused. The entrance to the building is situated on the southwest facade. The structural system of the building is a longitudinal wall system with stiffening walls. The vertical structures are designed in cut brick blocks, the perimeter walls in the basement floor are made of lost formwork. The horizontal structures consist of ceramic concrete. The roof structure is made of wooden trusses. The building is based on strip foundations.

The subject of my diploma thesis is the design documentation for polyfunctional building and will be supplemented with a specialty from the air-conditioning branch. The building is situated in the town Velká Bíteš and it's located at 336/1 and 336/8 about the total area of 5110 m2. The building has a L-shaped ground plan consisting. Has got three above-ground floors with partial basement. The building is designed as masonry structure with sharpened clay blocks Porotherm 38 Profi with thickness 380 mm. The ceiling from structure prestressed concrete floor slab Spiroll. The roof of the building is suggested as a single-coated flat roof. The building is covered with a ventilated facade from fiber cement board and thermal insulation is mineral fibreglass insulation Isover Multimax. The building is located on the first floor of the fitness room, on the second floor are offices and on the third floor there are 4 flat.
Apartment house in Uherské Hardiště

The bachelor's thesis deals with the construction and layout of a newly built apartment building in Uherské Hradiště on plot no. 885/1 in Zahrádky Street. This is a basement building with above-ground floors. There are 10 flats on the upper floors in the basement there are common areas of home equipment and cellars for individual flats. The ground floor consists of 3 residential units a cleaning room and a carriage house. There are 4 residential units on the second floor and there are on the third floor 3 housing units. The building is based on simple concrete foundation strips. The vertical construction system consists of ceramic blocks in the above-ground part and BEST formwork in the underground part the horizontal construction is made of ceramic concrete. The roof of the building consists of a single-skin flat roof. The land on which construction is planned is grassy over the entire area. The entrance to the building is situated on the east side. The projected accommodation capacity is for 24 people. Adjacent to the building is a parking area about 17 parking spaces, of which 1 is for people with reduced mobility.
The Multipurpose Building in Opava

The subject of this diploma thesis is the processing of design documentation for realization of the new-build multipurpose building in Opava. The building is designed on the grounds of a former dairy in the Krnovská street where the demolition of obsolete buildings passed off recently. Now are these areas designed to build up again. Designed object will function as a multipurpose building with the operation of a restaurant on the 1st floor, office spaces on the 2nd floor and dwelling units on the 3rd floor. Part of the first floor is a mass garage primarily intended for residents of dwelling units with a total of 9 parking places. It is designed eight dwelling units in total of which six are one-room flats and two are four-room flats. Plan shape of the building is rectangular. The londbearing structure of the building is a reinforced concrete prefabricated precast concrete frame founded on cast-in-place concreted pads. Infill walls are clay brick. The building is roofed with warm flat roof. Dominant features of the building are large glass areas in all floors, metal ventilated facade and loggias of dwelling units. The drawings are processed in AutoCAD programme.
Assessing the Advantages of Buying a Housing Unit in Brno Kociánka and Sadová

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of sale/lease of an apartment in the Královo Pole district cadastral area of Sadová. The main objective of the work was to find out the selling/rental price of the apartment unit in the new building, available 2+kk with standard equipment in Sadová. The price calculation was performed according to statutory regulations, standards and coefficients. At the same time, the price and quality levels of the offered housing units in the surrounding Brno localities were monitored and compared. The secondary objectives of the diploma thesis were the analysis of the housing market in Brno and its description including the preferences for the selection of the housing unit. The market indices used were used for the valuation of the dwelling unit and the price of the land included in the dwelling unit was included in the resulting price. The award was made by cost and comparison method. Sales/ rental pricing calculations were verified through direct comparison and Grubbs test. The rental method used to measure sales/rentals was used to determine the usual rent. In the last chapter of the analytical section, an appropriate procedure for purchasing a new dwelling unit was proposed.
Mixed-use building

Diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation of the multifunctional building. The multifunctional building is located in the central part of the town Náměšť nad Oslavou. The building has 4 floors. It is partly cellared building with flat roof and walkable terraces. This building is consisted of 2 functional parts, the first part is designed for living and the second one is designed for contact with the customer. There are shops and offices. The first floor is wheelchair accessible. In the basement there is a technical background of the building and cellars for housing units. In this multifunctional building we can find 13 residential units and five offices. All of the floors are connected with staircase and lift. The Carpark and the private garden with playground are also part of this residential area. This building is based on concrete blocks. Load-bearing, peripheral walls and connecting walls are made of ceramic blocks. A monolitic ceiling construction is the combination of the iron and the concrete. Two types of insulation are used in peripheral walls. The first one is called ETICS, external thermal insulation composite system, made of polystyrene. The second type of insulation is facade cladding system where the main insulation layer is made of mineral wool. The insulation layer is replaced by XPS polystyrene where facade is in contact with the ground. Facade cladding panels are made of cement and wood fibers called Cembrit.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the apartment house called Residence Sofie in Luhačovice (district Zlín). It is a five-storey building located in the center of the city on a planar terrain. The building consists of one underground and four above ground floors. In total there are 8 dwelling units, commercial premises and 6 garages. In the underground floor there is facilities for technical equipment of the building and storage. The ground floor consists mainly of garages and commercial premises. On the second floor there are 4 dwelling units and in the third and fourth 2 dwelling units. The object is designed from the longitudinal structural system of ceramic hollow blocks. The ceilings are část-in-place reinforced concrete and the roof is two-shed make of wooden trusses. The thesis contains design documentation for the implementation of the building.
Multifunctional Building Křenová

The polyfunctional building is designed on a corner plot which original use was as a parking area among Streets Křenová, Vlhká, Skořepka and planned city avenue. This proposal is based on the idea of two main functions, two different designs of buildings – housing, administration. The intended object would interconnect in the middle and thereby create a coherent entity. On the south side near Křenová Street, there is building with administrative and cultural functions located, thus creating sound barrier for the inner courtyard. In the second follow-up residential wing on the upper floors there are premises designated for residential units of various sizes and types, in lower floors premises for services. In the connecting part of these two buildings there are maisonettes and places for rent with wide use. The three floor underground garages, that meet demanded capacity, are designed under this plot.
