Polyfunkční dům je navržen na rohové parcele s původním využitím jako parkovací plocha mezi ulicemi Křenová, Vlhká, Skořepka a uvažované nové městské třídy. Návrh vychází z myšlenky dvě hlavní funkce, dva odlišné návrhy budov - bydlení, administrativa. Zamýšlený objekt se ve střední části propojí a vytvoří tak celistvý útvar. Na jižní straně, při ulici Křenová, je situována budova s funkcí administrativní a kulturní, která vytváří zvukovou bariéru pro vnitřní nádvoří. V navazujícím druhém obytném křídle jsou ve vyšších patrech prostory určeny pro bytové jednotky různých velikostí a typů a v patrech nižších pro služby. Ve spojovacím krčku těchto dvou částí se nachází mezonetové byty a pronajímatelné prostory pro široké využití. Pod touto parcelou jsou navrženy třípodlažní garáže, které splňují žádanou kapacitu. The polyfunctional building is designed on a corner plot which original use was as a parking area among Streets Křenová, Vlhká, Skořepka and planned city avenue. This proposal is based on the idea of two main functions, two different designs of buildings – housing, administration. The intended object would interconnect in the middle and thereby create a coherent entity. On the south side near Křenová Street, there is building with administrative and cultural functions located, thus creating sound barrier for the inner courtyard. In the second follow-up residential wing on the upper floors there are premises designated for residential units of various sizes and types, in lower floors premises for services. In the connecting part of these two buildings there are maisonettes and places for rent with wide use. The three floor underground garages, that meet demanded capacity, are designed under this plot.
