Sexual harassment and other forms of harassment at a workplace Abstract This thesis focuses on the issue of sexual harassment and other forms of harassment within the framework of employment relations. It addresses sexual harassment, which can be considered as one of the most serious forms of harassment, as well as a type of discrimination that represents an unwanted, intense and crucial interference in the working life of a harassed person. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the importance of adequate prevention in individual workplaces, the relevance of establishing applicable control mechanisms to ensure compliance with set rules and the inadequacy of the currently provided protection for victims. This thesis proposes possible corrections and tools that should ideally be applied in workplaces and their compliance should be enforced and monitored by state authorities. Moreover, it is gradually supported by related judgements on the matter. The premises and hypotheses are compared with the results of various surveys and studies. Risky behavior of students at primary schools and its prevention

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of risky behaviour at primary schools and its prevention. This thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part characterizes the different types of risky behaviour, the factors that affect their origin and the causes of risky behaviour. The thesis also deals with the issue of bullying, its development, diagnosis, consequences and its solution. The thesis explains the role of primary school in protection and prevention and the function of a teacher, methodology preventist, school psychologist, special pedagogue and educational counselor. The practical part is devoted to interviews with teacher who have experience with risky behaviour and they had to solve it. The target of the thesis is to describe the issue of risky behaviour in primary schools and to find out what cases of risky behaviour are known by teachers, how they perceive the prevention programmes and with whom they cooperate in solving of risky behaviour.
Outsiders and bystanders in bullying situation

The Bachelor thesis has a theoretical-empirical character. The aim of the theoretical part of the work is to describe the issue of bullying at primary school, introduction to individual roles inside bullying and a closer description of the outsider position based on study of specialist literature. The work analyses the causes of acts of bullying, behaviour of pupils when meeting bullies, types of prevention and options for solutions. The empirical part of the work is devoted to a study focusing on specific cases of bullying from a sample of classes. It also analyses roles in bullying based on responses and demonstrates the presence of an outsider position. The research is done by a questionnaire survey at selected primary schools.
Social aggression as a part of the subject of health education at primary school

The aim of my work is to find out the approach and relationship of children aged 12 - 15 to social networks, the use of the internet as a means of communication, pupils´awareness and information in primary school. The secondary aim is the awareness of pupils aged 12-15 about social aggression on the internet. The bachelors thesis deals with social aggression associated with the subject of health education in primary school, the definition of the concept it self, what is the awareness of aggression, what danger is hidden in the frequent use of social networks, cyberbullying - the definition of the term, stage, prevention etc. As a method in the practical part was used a survey of their own design, whick is focused in II. degree (graduation od 7th - 9th grade) primary school, it is a primary school in Sezimovo Ůstí, where the work maps the awareness of students about social aggression, encounter, the occurrence of aggression in the area, the reaction of students, their confidence or distruct in social space, etc. The results and research met expectations and assumptions. It has been confirmed that girls communicate on social networks more than boys. It was also found that boys use the internet to play games, 70 % repsondents. 60 % of respondents, both girls and boys, are most often acquainted with the term cyberbullying at school, as was the case in the research.
Prevention of bullying before and during the COVID-19 pandemic

The bachelor thesis deals with the current trends of bullying in primary schools. The theoretical part includes, for example, the characteristics of bullying before the crisis, its selected aspects, bullying during the crisis and the experience with the implementation of bullying prevention in both periods (before and during). The text is oriented towards the theoretical presentation of the topic of bullying, i.e. explanation of concepts, stages, diagnostics, etc. The practical part deals with the experience of the approach to the implementation of school prevention before and during the pandemic. The aim of the thesis is therefore to find out whether teachers implement prevention also in the context of online teaching and how to improve it if necessary. In line with the aim of the thesis, a quantitative research approach is designed and used and data collection through questionnaires. The target group for the mailing are pupils and teachers of 2nd grade of primary schools in the South Bohemia region.
Prevention programs against bullying

This thesis focuses on anti-bullying prevention programmes from abroad, but also from the Czech Republic (KiVa, Hradecký model, SAVE and Bulli & Pupe). We will compare these programs with each other and from the results we will find out what is the effectiveness of these programs. In the theoretical part we will have a general introduction to concepts such as bullying and prevention. It is thanks to this that we can move on in the practical part to comparing different anti-bullying prevention programs according to the given criteria. From the results we can then draw answers to the research questions. In what ways do they coincide and in what ways do the individual anti-bullying prevention programmes differ and whether it is possible to apply the selected prevention programmes in the Czech school system.
Cyberbully from the perspective of a primary school teacher and the possibility of preventive measures

This work deals with the issue of cyberbullying among primary school pupils from the perspective and experience of teachers and professional staff. The essence of the thesis is to focus on the teachers' perspective on the issue of cyberbullying. In the theoretical part of the thesis, readers are introduced to the communication technologies through which cyberbullying occurs. Particular attention is paid here to social networks, which are currently a trend not only among pupils. However, the most important part is the section that describes cyberbullying, its differences from traditional bullying, focuses on both the aggressor and the victim of cyberbullying, focuses on the manifestations of cyberbullying and also notes the role of parents, but especially the school, in preventing and detecting the unwanted phenomenon. It also addresses cyberbullying from the perspective of both the aggressor (criminal liability) and the victim (organisations and institutions helping victims of certain crimes). The practical part focuses on data collection and the presentation of the questionnaire. Furthermore, the results of the questionnaire conducted in cooperation with primary school teachers on the issue of cyberbullying are presented.
Bullying and Cyberbullying Among Secondary School Children in the Sport Clubs

The bachelor thesis addresses the Bullying and Cyberbullying Among Secondary School Children in the Sport Clubs. The theoretical part defines risky behaviour of children and teenagers, in particular bullying and cyberbullying. It also contains characterization of the psychological and physical development of the child, organizations focused on the physical and sporting activities of children and last, but not least sports clubs of modern gymnastics. To prepare research part of bachelor thesis a qualitative type of research was used. Qualitative research was conducted by a method of interviewing, a technique of semi-structed interviewing. The research group consisted of coaches working with Secondary School Children in modern gymnastics clubs within the South Bohemian Region, which are part of the Czech Union of Modern Gymnastics. Based on the results, it was found that coaches rather know how to handle investigations of bullying and cyberbullying. Furthermore, it was found that the coaches were not given a methodological plan on how to proceed properly. If coaches were offered participation in the prevention programme, most of them would participate. The results of this bachelor thesis can provide an interesting basis for wider research into bullying and cyberbullying in sports clubs. Furthermore, it can be an inspiration for coaches or for a methodological material, for the development of a preventive programme for children's sports clubs. Finally, it can be an interesting incentive for parents of children who attend such clubs.
Manifestation of bullying in behavior among kindergarten children

This bachelor thesis concentrates on displays of bullying among the preschool age children in kindergartens. The theoretical part is divided into three distinctive chapters. It defines bullying as such, introduces its actors, the aggressors and the victims. It further talks about the most common displays of bullying among children, specifically those of preschool age. A separate chapter is then dedicated to the means of prevention of this uncalled-for phenomenon since the prevention of bullying is instrumental to achieve its minimisation. The theoretical part continues with the main characteristics of a preschool age individual. The third chapter is dedicated to the importance of children socialization. The practical part consists of results of a questionnaire survey complemented by in-depth interviews. The main common goal of the quantitative and qualitative questionnaire was to find out what kind of experience do kindergarten educators have with displays of bullying. Furthermore, it asked about how teachers deal with this problem, and what role does prevention play in solving such sociopathological phenomenon. A group of 144 kindergarten educators took part in the questionnaire survey. The interviews were conducted with seven teachers and one kindergarten headmistress.
The role of social educator in solving socially pathological phenomena in school environment

The bachelor thesis is focused on the position of a social pedagogue in a school environment and on dealing with sociopathological phenomena connected with it. The goal of this thesis is to bring information about work of social pedagogue in elementary school and to bring an overview of practice in dealing with chosen sociopathological phenomena, such as bullying, addictive substances, robberies, which occur in a school environment of second level of elementary school. The theoretical part focuses on legislative definition, competence, personal prerequisites and on areas, which the social pedagogue works in in the school environment. Following are chosen sociopathological phenomena, included are basic information about them, their phases and their causes. Qualitative research, which includes five interviews with respondents about chosen sociopathologicel phenomena, primary prevention and about position of social pedagogue in Czech education system, is used in the practical part. Out of these five respondents, three are common teachers, who, at their schools in Prachatice, are prevention methodologists. Two of the interviews are with social pedagogues, who work at elementary schools in České Budějovice.
