Cilem teto diplomove prace je zamerit se na predmet ktery se tyka rizeni znacky (branding). Primarnim cilem je shrnout problematiku rizeni znacky a nasledne aplikovat dosazene poznatky o vybrane znacce pusobici na ceskem trhu v prumyslu onlinovych hudebnich prehravacu. To znamena vyhodnoceni analyticke casti, ktera popisuje stavajici strategii rizene znacky a jeji soucasnou situaci na trhu. Zminene vyhodnoceni znacky vychazelo z prehledu teoretickych ramcu a jejich strategickych moznosti obsazenych v teoreticke casti. Nasledne jsou navrzeny pripadna doporuceni, ktera nabizi strategicke moznosti rizeni znacky, jez jsou navrzeny k tomu, aby znacce pomohli vylepsit svou pozici na ceskem trhu.

The Diploma thesis deals with the strategy of building the Daflex System brand. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part defines the theoretical basis for creating a brand building strategy. Next part, the analytical part is based on the knowledge and methodology of the theoretical part. This section describes the basic information about brand Daflex System. The thesis continues with analyzes of customers, suppliers and competitors. These analyzes then lead to the evaluation of the findings and the creation of recommendations in the last part.
Proposal for Activities of Strategic Development of Brand of Small Company in the Stage of Internationalization

The thesis deals with the design of a brand development framework for a small Czech technology company that wants to expand into foreign markets. The company's current brand, Stroje Polák, is well established on the Czech market, but its name is not clear in international communication and may be perceived as a reference to Poland. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part defining key concepts related to brand management, an analytical part identifying the characteristics of the current brand and a design part combining existing knowledge and presenting a proposal for brand development for expansion into foreign markets.
Redken brand strategy - transition from B2B orientation towards B2C strategy

The main topic of this thesis is the modification of the Redken brand strategy from B2B to B2C orientation. Within the theoretical part, the current beauty market is primarily examined. The most important factors influencing the cosmetics industry are identified, such as the Covid-19 pandemic, the online space of social networks and e-commerce, or current social trends influencing shopping behavior such as the Clean beauty trend or the Self-care trend. Theoretically, the B2B and B2C market and their differences are further defined. The process of creating a strategy and its individual steps are also presented. Last part of the theoretical section is the definition of the Redken brand, its history, values and branding. The practical part includes qualitative research in the form of in-depth individual interviews with respondents from the managerial and hairdressing spheres. The analysis further consists of external environment analysis named PESTLE, customer segment analysis, competition analysis, and SWOT analysis. Based on the obtained primary and secondary data, a strategy is prepared in the form of a tactical annual plan. Building the brand Hilti on the czech market

The bachelor thesis deals with brand building of Hilti company in the Czech republic. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the Hilti company, it's history and it characterizes it's activities. The second part is focused on brand strategy of Hilti company. The third part analyses the differences between the brand strategy in the Czech republic and the global brand strategy. In the end of this thesis I evaluate the differences and suggest solutions, how the differences could be improved

This Bachelor Thesis titled Private labels deals with distribution strategy based on the introduction of private labels especially in retail chains. At the beginning it is focused on the general concept of private label offered by retailers, where is mentioned basic characteristics, history and structuring of distribution brands. Subsequently this thesis informs readers about the introduction of new special distribution brands, which focus primarily on the new consumption habits of customers. The practical part describes the specific relationship between a supply company and two retail companies, with an emphasis on comparing the logistics of the production and promotion of these products, and compares the conditions and standards for the operation of this business relationship.

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is Hudson brand building of the recruitment company Hudson Global Resources s.r.o. in Czech market. The aim of the thesis is to define according my own research the Hudson brand perception by clients of the company and propose a Hudson brand strategy and also to evalute which brand management tool the company should use.
Strategy introduction trademark on the market

The aim of thesis was to design a strategy for putting the trademark on the market and appropriate measures to strengthen the brand in the growth phase. I have conducted marketing research that helped me find out how the brand is perceived its current and potential customers and how the company managed to spread brand awareness. I also considered what the brand has a vision and the main objectives and I examined what are its strengths and weaknesses. Following the analysis of the information obtained I propose enterprise strategy in the form of marketing plan that includes specific tactical steps including their monetary value.
