Contactless temperature measuring
Kužel, Kristián ; Nykodým, Libor (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
This work summarizes the existing knowledge of contactless temperature measuring in industry applications, deals with individual types of measuring devices and contains the market overview. The work focuses especially on stationary devices applied industrially. In the conclusion, it describes a selection of existing contactless pyrometers including a pricing overview. It also analyzes issues related to the contactless measurement and possible ways to prevent them.
Remote fault monitoring system
Jarůšek, Jakub ; Trčka, Tomáš (referee) ; Škarvada, Pavel (advisor)
In practice, optical non-contact measurement of distance and displacement is divided into various methods that use a different parameter of the optical (light) signal. Some methods are explained in the work. The triangulation method is described in more detail. This method is used to measure and monitor the displacement of geological faults. For this monitoring, a low-budget device is designed, which uses lasers and a sensor to determine the displacement of the measured object in a certain time interval. The whole system will serve as verification of data measured by magnetoresistive sensors.
Contactless measurement of geometric parameters of springs
Bortlík, Pavel ; Rášo, Peter (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This thesis provides the analysis of contactless dimensional measurement of mechanical parts. On basis of the analysis of available sensors it includes suitable optical sensor for contactless measurement of geometrical parameters of springs. Part of my work is the layout of automated product for verification of sensor´s attributes and subsequent use in laboratory conditions. A special software is designed and described for the sample intended to verify the attributes of sensors. Calculation and evaluation of deviations included. Part of the thesis is a design of service software, which allows to automate contactless dimensional measurement of mechanical parts. Process of analyzing and evaluating the data is described by block diagram featuring the waveforms of each step.
Monitoring of hazardous environment
Bilík, Martin ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
Diploma thesis Monitoring of hazardous environment deals with possibilities of construction of monitoring device for the nuclear power station Temelín. In the first part are accurate requirements for monitoring device, individual risks and identify obstacles and opportunities how to overcome them. There is also description of basic options for measuring temperature and environmental monitoring. Using multi-criteria analysis was done the selection of all components, from which is possibility to construct the first development release of monitoring device. 3D models for each component and the overall design visualization facilities were created in the programming environment of Autodesk Inventor. The conclusion provides an overview of the financial cost of the equipment is assembled
Use of the DIC method in solving basic problems of solid mechanics
Hrůza, Vlastimil ; Pokorný, Jan (referee) ; Ščerba, Bořek (advisor)
This bachelor’s theses deals with the solution of basic problems of solid mechanics using digital image correlation. The research part of the thesis presents some of the optical methods used for deformation measurement, digital image correlation in particular, whose history, principles, limitations and utilizations are described in detail. In the practical part of the theses, three experiments are carried out, which are then evaluated using digital image correlation and the results are compared with the created computational models. In the first experiment, strain on the tensile test specimens with notches is measured, the second experiment is focused on measuring strain when bending curved beams and in the final experiment, natural frequency of a fork produced by 3D printing is determined.

Inductive Sensors
Šimberský, Michal ; Havránek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Bejček, Ludvík (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with inductive sensors. The thesis introduced the history of sensors, their advantages and disadvantages over other types of sensors. There are described different types of inductive sensors. Each type of sensor is described in terms of physical principles. In thesis there are listed examples of using different types of practice. Preparation was constructed to demonstration the characteristics and differences between eddy currents sensors and inductive oscillator sensors.
Inductive sensor
Koleček, Tomáš ; Bejček, Ludvík (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with indukčnostního-loaded impedance sensor, which is used for non-destructive materials testing. Describes a procedure for measuring the eddy current method using a straight coil. This thesis includes the final locus corresponding literature ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic for the measured material. The last part deals with the analysis of the appropriate choice of operating point derived from the sensor readings.
Contactless measurement of operational deflection shape
Tomek, Tomáš ; Klusáček, Stanislav (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis provides an overview of 2D/3D laser scanners used in measuring operating deflection shapes. Describes the issue of measuring the operating deflection shapes and modal analysis. My work also contains a description of the measurement chain. From the contactless measurement of a vibrating surface using the application created in LabVIEW to its visualization in Pulse Reflex.
Contactless measurement of temperature
Smrž, Martin ; Rozman, Jiří (referee) ; Balogh, Jaroslav (advisor)
Purpose of this bachelor thesis is get acquainted with problem of non-contact measuring of surface temperature of human body. The teoretical part of this labour deal about physical substance of non-contact temperature measurement, using types of detectors and application of this method to the medicine. In the practical part will focus on design and realization of electrical circuit for non-contact temperature measuring, comunication with personal computer and software solution of program for building surface temperature map of patient. At the end of labour was performed a set of measuring to compare accuracy of built thermometer with commercially available products.
