System for Payment Initiation and Reading Information from Bank Account with PSD2

The purpose of this thesis is to create a payment system for the company Platební instituce Roger a.s. The application allows performing a payment initiation or downloading transaction history from Fio bank accounts. Communication is established directly through bank's REST API that was published as a result of extensive legal changes in the banking sector. These changes come from the new Payment System Directive 2 submitted by the European Commission. Due to this new law banks have to release a public interface to third-party companies. During the development of the application the current state of the implementation of PSD2 services in the Czech Republic has been explored and recorded. This application was designed with regard to extensibility. So that it could be continued to develop in the future.
Audit of Financial Statements of the Selected Company

The thesis deals with the audit of the financial statements of the selected company. In the theoretical part, there is the general knowledge about the auditing, the audit legislation, the procedure of financial statements audit and the auditing issues from the audited company's perspective. The next separate part concerns Austrian auditors. The practical part applies the selected audit procedures in the audited company and analyzes the preparation of the audited company for the audit. The proposal part contains the recommendations for the organization of accounting work within this preparation.

It defines the importance of internal regulations, their function, which regulations are required by laws, which are not and which guidlines are recommended. Next, this bachelor thesis defines financial assets and specifies accounting processes which are connected with these financial assets. It also contains draft of intercompany regulations for financial assets managemenet in its practical part.

The last part contains suggestions that should lead to savings.

This bachelor thesis entitled „Identification of factors affecting decision-making on the selection of savings products“ deals with savings products. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current situation on the market with the savings products and to identify factors influencing savers the most when selecting specific products. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to brief description of the products. In the second part we introduce results of the questionnaire survey and analyse them. In conclusion we outline basic proposals and recommendation for financial institution.

The first chapter contains theoretical findings. Second chapter analyses costs and its task is to lay out that fields, which are problematic or hides huge savings potential. The third chapter contains designed procedures which, as a result, should lead to savings in particular fields.

Bank account Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the valid legal regulation of the bank account according to the legislation of the Czech Republic. However, the legislation of the Czech Republic is greatly influenced by the legal acts of the European Union, which are binding for the Czech Republic because this obligation is given by the country's membership in this organization. Therefore, for a more comprehensive understanding of the issue of legal regulation of the bank account, certain sections of this thesis mention several relevant provisions of legal regulations issued by the European Union. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the legal regulation of the bank account contained predominantly in the Civil Code as well as in the Payment System Act. The introductory section of this thesis focuses on the bank account as such - its characteristics and nature, and gives a brief history of its development. Furthermore, this chapter defines the term deposit and analyses the issue of the ownership of funds in the account in connection with the Czech case law. Financial Literacy at Kindergarten

This thesis focuses on financial literacy in pre-school education. The aim of this thesis is to create a series of activities, that correspond to the development of pre-school children. The proposed activities relate to financial literacy in a broader sense, than just financial mathematics. The objective is to verify eligibility of proposed activities, both from the author's perspective, as well as from the perspective of the teachers of kindergarten, in which the research was set. The creation of proposed activities is based on the theoretical foundations obtained in the theoretical part of this work. The objective of the proposed activities is to introduce children to the fundamentals of financial literacy, initiate first experience, fortify designed habits and acquaint children with elementary concepts. The verification method is based on qualitative research with elements of action research. Observation of pre-school children during the activities served as main data collection method. The activities were captured on video for later analysis and post-reflection. The obtained data allowed possible modifications of activities and conditions of their implementation, as well as further recommendations for teacher practice.
