Centralized Cryptocurrency Exchange with Trusted Computing

Táto práca sa zaoberá návrhom, implementáciou a analýzou centralizovanej zmenárne kryptomien, ktorá pracuje na platforme trusted computing. Aktuálne centralizované zmenárne fungujú na základe plnej dôvery používateľa v operátorov zmenárne. Na opačnej strane, decentralizované zmenárne využívajú jeden blockchain a tým sú limitované iba na mince na danom blockchaine. Použitím trusted computing platformy Intel SGX je možné kód zverejniť (open source) a zákazník si dokáže overiť pomocou SGX atestácie (remote attestation) že tento kód beží na platforme zmenárne. Kombináciou so smart contract platformou na verejnom blockchaine zmenáreň dosahuje odolnosť voči nejednoznačnosti a vytvára lepšiu vrstvu bezpečnosti a transparentnosti pre používateľa. Zmenáreň bola implementovaná ako proof-of-concept pomocou programovacieho jazyka Go, za použitím frameworku EGo pre tvorbu SGX enkláv. Pre ukladanie dát bola použitá databáza PebbleDB a relačná databáza PostgreSQL. Smart contract zmenárne bol implementovaný v jazyku Solidity a nasadený na Ethereum. Implementácia je schopná vyhodnotiť približne 35 vkladov mincí za sekundu a 23 ponúk na výmenu mincí za sekundu. Aktualizácia poslednej verzie ledgeru na kontrakte stojí približne 0.00255 ETH, pri tendencií aktualizácie každú minútu deň behu zmenárne stojí približne 3.6742 ETH.

Harmonization of Family and Professional Life of Female Doctors in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis deals with the harmonization of family and professional life of female doctors in the Czech Republic. The topic is explored through a gender perspective. The aim of the thesis is to determine how women doctors feel during their study years and subsequently during their professional life, whether they have ever encountered gender discrimination, how female doctors manage to reconcile their family and professional life, and what obstacles they are faced with in such a demanding profession. The thesis describes the medical profession and its genderalization, family and parenthood, the public and private spheres, the harmonization of family and professional life, and what strategies can be used for its reconciliation. The methodological approach is qualitative with a research design of a case study. To answer the research questions, semi-structured interviews with female doctors who are working in hospitals and have at least one child under the age of 13 (including) were conducted. The specifics of teacher's education

Dissertation is focused on the continuing education of teachers in terms of the current legisla-tion of the European Union and the Czech Republic as one of the key adaptive mechanisms that ensure the ability of the education system to adequately respond to the ever changing so-cial conditions in today's globalized world. The theoretical part through the analysis of different theoretical approaches to further education, defines and describes the issue of further education of teachers, the system - specific conditions, areas and its financing. It deals with the areas of the teacher's profession, their competences, career structure and professional standards. The empirical part of this dissertation, based on empirical research, describes the system of further education of teachers both in terms of school managment, and from the perspective of teachers and it maps specific factors affecting the quality of the current further education of teachers. Proof of qualification in public contracts, in particular with respect to proving qualifications through a subcontractor

The issue of public procurement is one that is extremely closely followed, particularly due to the redistribution of public resources. The current Czech legal regulations are based on the so- called European Procurement Directives. These Directives also comprise the origin of the provisions regulating proof of qualifications through a third party (a subcontractor). For a reliable interpretation of this provision, a thorough analysis of the European legal regulations, ECJ case law, and decision-making practice in the Czech Republic was therefore necessary. Technical books and articles also proved to be a helpful backup. The analysis indicated that decision-making practice in the Czech Republic is disunited and cannot be relied upon for an interpretation. The key guide was therefore EU- compliant interpretation, as well as patient and detailed analysis of the individual possible issues in respect of proof of qualifying prerequisites through a subcontractor with emphasis on the legislator's intentions and on logic. The result is, then, a relatively safe guide on how to proceed in the case of individual problematic qualifying prerequisites and how to comply reliably with problematic legal provisions.

Specialized education of general practitioner for children and adolescents in the Czech Republic

This dissertation" Specialized education in the field of practitioners for children and adolescents in the Czech Republic " focuses on the development of specialized postgraduate medical uducation in the context of social change in the Czech Republic after 1989 and their impact on staffing in the field of health care practitioners for children and adolescents . The first part describes the theoretical and factual basis , which is closely related to the issues . These concepts explained the functioning and development of the health system, providing primary care by practitioners for children and adolescents, impact of transformation of the labor market and human resources in health care and human rights in health care. To analyze the empirical part of the thesis i used the method of historical institutional analysis. I explained formal and informal relationships in time cohorts between major actors and their influence in shaping the institutional framework of specialized education of physicians over time, especially in the legislative documents. The number and the age structure of physicians in the Czech health system

This study deals with the development of the number and the age and sex structure of Czech physicians according their medical specialty in the period 2000-2010. The aim of the study is to identify which medical specialties are already problematic or could face the lack of physicians and demographic ageing in the future and on the other hand which medical specialties are popular among young physicians. Firstly, the Czech health system and particular groups of health workforce are introduced. After that follows the analysis of the number and the sex and age structure according their medical specialty. The cluster analysis which produces groups of medical specialties with similar characteristics of development of the number and the structure was used for schematic overview. The second part of the study is focused on the most numerous fourteen medical specialties. The number of medical school graduates, the number of attestations and the development of workload of physicians regarding the number of ambulant treatment and hospitalization is taken into account.
