This diploma thesis deals with the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the tourist area of the Moravian Karst and its surroundings. The aim of the work was to assess the effects of the crisis on selected local tourism actors. The theoretical part deals with the disease SARS-CoV-2, the epidemic caused by this disease, but also tourism and its impact on it in 2020. The practical part describes the tourist area of the Moravian Karst and the surrounding area from the point of view of tourism, where the attendance of the affected tourist attractions was analyzed. The key was research between 12 selected local tourism actors, which was conducted through structured interviews. The current information clarified current trends in tourism during the pandemic.

Management System for Sports Teams

The thesis is focused on problematic of sports team management. It analyzes sports team‘s needs and requirements for a system, which could help them to organize their team activities and issues. Thesis includes an implementation of such system and its marketing strategy for future development purposes. Whole system is built on a web application basis using PHP programming language and relational database server MariaDB. System is available online for public use. It is monitored continuously and its expansion and development is based on feedbacks from its users.

The diploma thesis focuses on the integration innovative technologies and mobile applications to use for zoo parks in Czech Republic. It analyzes current status of parks, gardens and visitors potential and readiness to use modern technology and level of benefit from acquisition of the Mobile guide as a tool to promote attendance and marketability of the additional services and products. It contains a proposal for selection of appropriate content and service supplier. With these parameters has project to help to increase of zoo attendance, but also increase economic profit on operated additional services and other projects.

Information System for Management of Company Employees

Purpose of this thesis is to help companies in terms of managing their own employees including analysis of employees shifts using OLAP, thanks to OLAP analysis companies can find out for example total delays on employees shifts. Information system is created as a web application implemented in PHP using the Laravel framework with MySQL database. Information system functionalities are: employees management, including management of employees attendances, Google Drive management, generating various files in PDF format, viewing various statistics, employees ratings, shifts management, vacations management, diseases management, employees languages management, reports management, injuries management.

A design of a portion of a prototype of a new attendance system

Topic of this thesis discusses a proposed implementation of a part of a newly developed attendance system’s prototype for a company Global IT Center s.r.o. Theoretical section of the thesis includes various methods based on which an analysis of a current state and a proposal of a solution, which are located in later sections of this document have been formulated. An attendance system typically consists of multiple key components, however this thesis’ content includes only an analysis and a proposed implementation of a software part of the system – an attendance application. An analysis of a current state part includes a detailed analysis of a solution currently implemented in the company. The last part of this thesis – proposed solution includes a description of proposed implementation, which was implemented and tested using multiple technologically diverse environments.
