This master’s thesis aims to compile a business plan for establishing a small company, specifically a distillery specializing in the production of traditional fruit spirits in the area of the city of Břeclav. The theoretical part of this thesis defines basic concepts in business, analyzes the external and internal environment, and develops a business plan for the newly emerging company. The analytical section includes SLEPTE analysis, Porter‘s Five Forces model, market analysis, and subsequent SWOT analysis, including a SWOT matrix. The practical part comprises the structure of the business plan, encompassing production planning, marketing planning, risk analysis, financial planning, and a schedule.

Design of Promotion Strategie in the Hospitality Industry - a Comparable Study for the Czech Republic and Ireland

This diploma thesis entitled "Design of Promotion Strategie in the Hospitality Industry - a Comparable Study for the Czech Republic and Ireland" addresses strategic practices in different countries and further applies them. The aim was to assess whether it is possible to apply the same advertising procedures as in Ireland at domestic country. The evaluation was carried out on the basis of a semi-structured interview with a Irish resident working in the hospitality industry and a questionnaire survey which took place in the Czech Republic. In the conclusion the are formulated specific steps inspired by Ireland which can be applied in the Czech Republic.

Analysis of Football Club and Optimalization of its Management

Bachelor’s thesis is based on analysis of the football club FC ZBROJOVKA BRNO, and the further optimalization of its management. The thesis can be divided into several parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background of this work, in following parts the club is analysed via SLEPT and SWOT analysis, analysis of its budget and analysis of the organization structure. Thanks to all acquired data I introduce several proposals of solutions with their impacts as they were shown in analysis.

Analysis of Customers Satisfaction in Selected Company Using Mystery Shopping

The diploma thesis is focused on the method of marketing research called mystery shopping. The thesis describes the types of services, customer satisfaction, communication with the customer, marketing research and the mystery shopping and why it is good to use this method. There are also listed and described mystery shopping techniques, who and where they are used. The practical part deals with the analysis of the mystery shopping data that is performed in the selected company. Based on their quality, the data are subjected to a critical analysis and, depending on the results found, recommendations are given on how to avoid or prevent future weaknesses.

The bachelor thesis deals with proposal of a real business plan for starting up the art atelier. It is divided into three parts. Theoretical part defines the basic concepts that are necessary for the overall understanding of the topic. In the analytical part of the thesis a complex analysis of the current situation is performed. The last, proposed part, contains the business plan proposal and evaluation of implementation conditions.

This bachelor tesis is focused on creation of marketing plan for oncoming winter period in store Cyklo Cibulka. In the first part, we will take a closer look at the theoretical knowledge that is necessary to create a marketing plan. In the secont part i will analyze internal and external environment of store, market analysis and analysis of competition. I will combine obtained informations from the previous sections and use them in last part to create marketing plan according to the set goals.
