The Approach of Carers to Children in Children's Homes

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine the degree of background and emotional careprovided to children in a children's home. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the role of the educator and the requirements for the necessity of empathy and active listening. Subsequently, the practical part on the basis of semi-structured interviews describes the real state and degree of communication. The core is therefore an insight into the daily work of the educator. From the empirical part, the fact arises that despite the increasing administrative burden and other activities, the level of helpfulness, empathy and active listening is inviolable. The time devoted to children is not at the expense of other activities and the care is limited only by the time possibilities within the day.

6 Abstract This thesis aims to offer a comprehensive view of corporate communication while emphasizing its importance for everyday life of corporations and achievement of their strategic targets. The thesis introduces potential interpretations of corporate communication with the main focus on key moments of corporate communication as well as on consequences non-effective communication has on employee satisfaction and their life in the corporation. In the thesis I opted for the method of compilation and comparison of professional literature along with expert interviews which reveal the quality of internal communication in two selected corporations and prove one-sided view of communication inside corporations. The first part of the thesis provides a detailed look at characteristics of individual communication forms, knowledge of these characteristics being the cornerstone of further research in corporate communication. Besides, this part also describes the principles of active listening, a skill which is frequently omitted from the communication skill list. Didactics of communication training of students of general medicine

The Abstract The goal of this dissertation was to find out the quality of a communication training of the doctors in the undergraduate education. The sectional goals were focused on the analysis of a present state of communication training of the medical students, but also on determining the effect of communication training on development of communication skills of active listening and sharing the information. The last set goal was to create an ask-sheet of specific chosen skills as a beneficial element in a communication training of the doctors. For reaching the chosen goals, we have used several phases of a research. In the first phase, we gave to our respondents non-standardized ask-sheet, which was made to determine the level of their personal communication index. In the second phase of our research, we observed several chosen communication skills of the students. We took a video during every single simulated situations of the students' communication, which we used as a feed-back for the analysis of each performance. The first and second research phase took place between 2010 and 2015. I chose the soft skills, which are important for a good nurse's output according to me. In my opinion many people cant handle it as they are supposed to. And that is what I would like to find out in my task. In the preface of the teoretic part I am explaining why I am interested in this topic. I am defyning there the purpose of my work and stated hypothesses. Next I am following up the explanation of the concept of the soft skills, which three of them I am going to analyze in detail. Aspects of social communication with clients in crisis situations

The aim of this thesis is to resolve conflicts in crisis situations. The topic will be addressed from the perspective of negotiating parties. Bachelor thesis in theoretical part will deal with the various concepts of selected issues, crisis negotiation, as part of a specific crisis communication, specifics of various crisis situations, tasks negotiator, negotiation and training. It also focuses on extremely complex a serious communication activities associated with overcoming a difference of opinion in the direction of the agreement, respectively. Solve hostage situations to provide guidance on how to survive through appropriate communication. The practical part deals with the number of cases handled negotiations in practice for the years 2007-2013 in the South Region, based on statistical data, followed by an analysis of communication -intensive situations where through individual case studies examining the typology of crises, typology of individual perpetrators, their motivation, mental state instead of negotiating, the first contact with the negotiator, critical moments in the negotiations, a way to end the incident and in the end the author formulates the most important principles in negotiations communication management practices in crisis situations .
Interview as One of Instruments of Social Work with a Client

This work is concerned with an interview as a social work subject. Such interview can be considered as basic technique and instrument for social worker while acting with a client. From its start the work briefly introduces to the social work problem and the person of social worker and discourses about the interview in social work in general. In the first place it is focused on problems of indirective supportave consultation that introduces by charactaristics of individual phases of the interview. For cause of compact look on topic it gives attention to techniques of active listening and assertive behaviour. The work in its final part takes a think about how the interview between the social worker and his client helps to attain purposes and through them also realizations of mission of social work. By accomplishing of three specified objectives from social work sphere it analyzes and points the principle of interview in relation to questioned subject.
