Interactive Web Editor of Slides and Video Synchronization

The aim of this work is to create interactive web application which can be used to synchronize slides used during the presentation with video recording from the presentation itself. This document contains a description of the problem, analysis of implementation tools which are necessary for application development, implementation description, a list of functional skills of application, user interface description, the method and the results of testing and comparing the resulting application with the previously used tool for synchronization created by Bc. Zdeněk Coufal.

This thesis discusses the issue of the use of marketing communication on social media for selected company. The aim is to analyze the current situation of the company and design tools to change the online marketing communications. Due to the dynamic development issues of social media work is based on current knowledge and trends. The analysis of internal and external environments and research of target group using an online questionnaire have been performed within the practical part of the paper. Tools to improve marketing communication has been designed based on the results and findings from the theoretical part. The results and findings of the work can, when introduced into a marketing strategy, provide the required increase in customers.
Proposal for Communication Mix Changes of the Selected Club

The theoretical part parses general terms of marketing communication and communication mix with a focus on online communication. The second part introduces the club, analyzes its marketing enviroment and its current communication mix again with the focus on online communication. The last part contains suggestions for its possible changes and improvements.

The thesis reflects from the basics of internet marketing and then follows to the principles of influencer marketing on suitable social networks for this communication tool. The practical part analyzes the present use of social media by the brand MANA and its competitors. The conclusion of the analysis will be also used to propose an application to improve the brand awareness with this marketing method.

The second part deals with technologies that are commonly used on the Web and their comparison in different browsers or on mobile platforms. Including a look into the future, where these technologies would might take in relation to the development of a planned support, either in the browser or on mobile platforms.

The Evolution of the Beauty Ideal Portrayal in the Media for Adolescents since 2005 to the Present

The aim of the thesis is to describe the development of the portrayal of the beauty ideal in the Czech media for teenage audience from 2005 to the present. The theoretical part of the thesis captures the historical transformation of the ideal of beauty and its current meaning for individuals and society, as well as the conclusions of existing studies on the concept of the ideal of beauty in the media, both printed and online. The data source for the analysis were randomly selected copies of magazines for teenagers (Bravo Girl, Dívka, Top Dívky, JJ), as well as YouTube videos and Instagram posts of well-known Czech influencers. Qualitative analysis, specifically grounded theory, is used as a research method. The research showed that in printed media, the concept of the ideal of beauty was narrowly defined and did not allow many exceptions, throughout the whole examined period. Anything outside of this narrow view was framed as a problem to be solved. In new media, the current definition of the standard of beauty has been gradually eroded, among other things, by the body positivity movement. The theme of beauty has diversified, diversity is admitted, and former imperfections are framed as normal manifestations of the human body. Hausknechtová, T. The impact of influencer marketing on consumer behaviour in the decorative cosmetics market. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. This bachelor thesis examines the impact of influencer marketing on the consumer behaviour of women aged 15 – 26 in the decorative cosmetics market. The study identifies the influences on consumer purchasing decision making processes related to influencers and social media. Primary research findings were used to formulate recommendations for the successful use of influencer marketing as part of marketing strategy.
Youtube as a space for modern English language learning

The bachelor thesis entitled "YouTube as a space for modern English language learning" deals with the characteristics of a successful YouTube channel dedicated to English language learning. The goal of the thesis is to identify specific elements that are typical for a successful video of a given focus using the method of quantitative content analysis of a selected sample of reactions of users of a given media message in the form of comments under the most watched video. Prior to the actual research part of the thesis, it offers a reflection on the origins of communication and its development through media to mass media and new media, it also discusses the use of media and new media in education through a mixed perspective of media studies and pedagogy, and highlights several disciplinary and interdisciplinary scholarly works exploring the issue in the context of the use of different types of new media in education. The chapter on the origins of the social network YouTube, in the language of numbers and statistics, also mentions the current enormous reach of this media space and precedes the research section, in which the thesis already describes the most watched video for three popular YouTube channels dedicated to English language learning, the channels under study in general and, in particular,...
