Creativity, Innovation and Organizational Culture

The Diploma thesis is dealing with creativity, innovation and organizational culture. In the theoretical part are defined relationships between these aspects. In the practical part, based on a questionnaire survey, personal observation and interviews with employees of IBM Delivery Center Brno Central Europe an evaluation of organizational culture is created. And based on the identified deficiencies, the proposals leading to increased creativity of individuals and teams in the company, increased employee‘s motivation and improved overall organizational culture of the company, are made.
Characteristic properties of axial stages of working machines

This bachelor work is dealing with conclusion of basic characteristic of axial stages working machines. First part of this thesis presents the characteristics of principle behind every turbomachinery therefore not only the working machine but turbine as well. In the end of the first part the basic equations, which may be needed in the construction of such machines. Second part focuses on characteristic features, which are the same or very similar throughout axial turbomachinery. The last part of this thesis works with usage of different work machines in the industry. It is also mentioned here why are the axial turbomachinery work machines used instead of radial or tangential work machines

The Master´s thesis „Stress evaluation, coping and reduction” deals with a very up-to-date subject of employees stress. It analyzes stress types, development, symptoms and influence on health and work results of employees. It also concentrates on factors which evoke the stress, their identification and elimination in corporate environment. The first part of my thesis focuses on theoretical analysis of the above-mentioned issues. Second, practical part deals with the process of finding and evaluting stress factors in a logistic company and its employees. Final part focuses on project of elimination of stress and its factors in the company.

The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of motivation, remuneration and employee satisfaction. The analytical part evaluates the current system of motivation and remuneration of the company's employees, employee satisfaction in the field of remuneration, working conditions and interpersonal relationships in the workplace and the effects of internal and external influences on the system. Based on the performed analyzes, changes to the current system are proposed in order to increase employee satisfaction.
