Sauna and its importance for the health of University students

The theoretical part of this Bachelor Thesis covers an amount of erudite information about sauna, sauna methods, and how the sauna affects our health. The practical part consists of processing and evaluating the results of my question-form enquiry. The main task of this section is to establish the status of information for University students about the sauna, and especially in finding sauna attendance to gender, faculty and learner class. 170 probands participated on question-form enquiry, from that 117 women and 53 men. Based on this work, I discovered, that only a very small percentage of 170 students attend sauna regularly. Two research questions were confirmed, the third not.

Analysis of spa tourism {--} suggestion wellness centre in Písek

The main objective of thesis was, however, an analysis of spa tourism in Písek area, product portfolio assessment and treatment design wellness center. The main hypothesis is confirmed in the town of Pisek, we found a lack of supply of spa tourism and wellness. According to the situation analysis carried out by the town of Pisek is obvious that the territory has a lot to offer and there are also suitable locations for placing the new wellness center. For the newly designed wellness center was chosen hotel Biograf ***, which is located in a strategic location, near the historical center of the town of Pisek. The menu for wellness hotel Biograf*** includes the Finnish sauna and whirlpool. Since the hotel Biograf *** meet up participants of tourism while increasing influx of other possible funds that could leave the hotel guests in the wellness provided services, therefore it is the expansion of existing on-site wellness center, from which will benefit both sites-the customer as well as hotel Biograf ***. From the studies carried out, that fitness was as another part of wellness centers hotel Biograf***, demonstrated the greatest interest and thats the reason, why was the new expanded wellness center implemented to the proposal.

The Specific Factors Affecting Women in Late Adulthood and the Possibilities of Prevention of their Negative Consequences

This dissertation is focused on the problematic period in postmenopausal women. The women in age from 45 to 60 are in our current society under many pressures which can have a negative influence on their quality of living. The goal of this dissertation is to define these specific factors into biological, psychological and social factors and also to analyse their possible negative consequences and suggest the ways of prevention. The climacterium, partnership relations, divorces, children´s walk-out from home, the part of grandparents or also the old parent-care belong among these factors. These could be marked as a difficult living situations which could cause stress, coflicts or frustration. If this stage stays uncontrolled, many psychological troubles could start leading up to many kinds of addictions or self-destructions. That is why is the last chapter focused on the possibilities of prevention, both from the women point of view and from the society.

Analysis of marketing communications in the selected services firm and proposal of possible improvements

This graduation theses were concerned with analysis of marketing communication in services {--} in the Wellness hotel Rezidence Nové Hrady. This theses was incurred during temporary opening of the hotel till finishing and opening new spaces. There is recapped a history of the hotel and executed detailed situation analysis in the analytical part. There were detection advantages and disadvantages, which should the hotel use for persuasion the costumers. The synthetic part consequent to the analytical work comprehensive of the new suggestions of marketing communication . This includes sphere:  increase in an occupanty rate of the hotel,  increase in a visit rate in the hotel restaurants,  increase in a number of congresses.

Analysis of the offers of tour operators in relation to chosen territory

Theoretical part of the thesis clarifies basic expressions from the area of tourism, spa tourism and of the activities of tour operators and travel agencies. There is a further characteristics of a chosen territory - Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary with the emphasis on spa tourism and wellness in this region. Practical part of the thesis analyses and judges spa and wellness stays according to chosen criteria presently offered by travel agencies and tour operators in those countries. Comparison and analysis of separate offers is stated by means of marketing mix.

Support of the Development of Spa Services on the Třeboň Area from the European Union's Financial Means

Práce zhodnotila čerpání finanční podpory z Evropské unie v programovacím období 2004 - 2006 do oblasti rozvoje lázeňství na Třeboňsku. Teoretická část práce vycházela z poznatků z oblasti lázeňství, regionálního rozvoje a programovacího období 2004 - 2006. Zároveň byla východiskem pro část praktickou, ve které zhodnotila konkrétní projekt "Třeboň - rozvoj lázeňské infrastruktury". Práce nastínila "bílá místa", která se naskýtají participujícím subjektům, kteří mají možnost využít finanční podpory z EU v programovacím období 2007 - 2013.

Vliv lázeňství na zaměstnanost na Třeboňsku

Cílem diplomové práce je potvrzení, případně vyvrácení hypotézy, že nízká míra nezaměstnanosti v mikroregionu Třeboňsko je způsobena přítomností lázní v tomto regionu. Práce se zabývá souvislostmi lázeňství s cestovním ruchem a jejich ekonomickými a sociálními dopady na třeboňský mikroregion. Teoretická část popisuje obecná východiska trhu práce a zabývá se charakteristikou analyzovaného mikroregionu a třeboňských lázní. Analytická část se zabývá vlivem lázeňství a s ním souvisejícího cestovního ruchu na zaměstnanost v mikroregionu Třeboňsko. Následuje analýza zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti na Třeboňsku ve sledovaném období. Na závěr je uveden nástin budoucího rozvoje lázeňství a cestovního ruchu Třeboňska a s tím spojené výzvy a doporučení.
