Diploma thesis deals with the management of human resources sales department at Paints and varnishes Teluria Ltd. and also proposes changes to the current management approach leading to financial savings by increasing the efficiency of the current set of information flows. Compares used human resources management system in the company with the latest trends and literature. In addition, monitors real way of working the sales department including the actual cost of remuneration and training of employees in the company. On the basis of implemented survey is designed to streamline the operation of the sales department.

This master´s thesis is focused on proposal for a change in the current motivational system of the manufacturing company. The analyzed company wishes to remain anonymous and is therefore referred to as company ABC, a.s. The master´s thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to motivation, corporate culture, remuneration, employee education and development and job satisfaction. The practical part is focused on the presentation of the company ABC, a.s. and its current motivational system. At the same time, there is a questionnaire survey, including hypothesis testing. The topic of this thesis is the evaluation of education in a healthcare facility. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate selected educational events in a healthcare facility and to propose changes in educational activities based on the acquired knowledge. In the theoretical part, which is divided into three chapters, the introductory chapter identifiesd the concept of human resources and its development from the identification of educational needs, fromr planning to implementation. The importance of managers in the management and education of human resources and the subsequent evaluation process is also mentioned. The second chapter defines the concept of evaluation, including individual models of subsequent evaluation, which constitute a key source of information on the effectiveness of selected educational programs. The concept of efficiency is also clarified here. The third chapter deals with education in medical facilities with a focus on teaching hospitals. Its specifics are defined here, which must be taken into account in particular in accordance with the applicable legislation. The present Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and identification of the training needs of the teaching assistants at elementary schools in the territory of the municipality with extended powers (MEP) Otrokovice. The purpose of the Bachelor thesis is to identify the training needs of the teaching assistants working at primary schools in MEP Otrokovice. The theoretical section defines the starting points associated with the training in an organization, the training need analysis, the term "teaching assistant", its legislative support and job duties. The empirical section uses content analysis of documents and a survey to examine the training needs of teaching assistants in the selected territory. The result of the survey is the identification of teaching assistants' training needs in the municipality with extended powers Otrokovice. The consent analysis of documents provided information about the activities required as job duties from employees by head teachers. Such specific activities formed the basis for a survey whose respondents included teaching assistants working at primary schools in the municipality with extended powers Otrokovice and the head teachers. System development and training of employees in the selected organization

The aim of this thesis entitled "System of development and training of employees in the selected company" is an analysis of education and development of employees in the company XY. In the work is used fictive company name XY to preserve the anonymity of the organization. The work is divided into two parts. The first part ( one third of total volume ) is focused on theory. The remaining part is practical work, which is targeted on the specific analysis of the company XY. The theoretical part aims at clarifying the possible approaches to company training and development of its employees, further at objectives and functions of education, region and method development and education, and finally at systematic training cycle. The practical part is focused not only on an analysis of the process of education and development of employees in the company XY, but also to get feedback from the employees themselves. To obtain the necessary information were used in addition to internal company documents also two surveys: Quantitative research (survey) and qualitative research (expert interviews). It can be said that based on the results of both studies there was a consensus of obtained information (results). Based on this information and findings were made proposals to improve the education and development of the analyzed company.

This diploma thesis is entitled The education of workers in a selected organization. Its aim is to analyze the system of training, identify needs for training, propose changes and recommendations to improve the management of this area. The thesis is composed of two parts, i.e. the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part includes findings and information related to the matters of the system of training of employees based on available literature and internet sources both of domestic and foreign authors. The practical part is focused on analysis, description and evaluation of knowledge of the system of employees training in selected company. The practical part also includes recommended proposals to improve and streamline this area based on the previous analysis.

The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze the possibilities of employees training and development within the companies and to evaluate the current system of training and development in the selected IT company on the basis of theoretical findings. The first (theoretical) part of the thesis describes the possibilities of educational system within a company. It focuses mainly on the process of training needs analysis, planning of the training and development programmes and process of evaluation. At the same time there are presented some of the most popular training and development methods. The second (practical) part of the thesis describes the concrete educational system in selected company. Not only it describes selected processes, but also the subjects which are responsible for trining and development programmes. As a conclusion there is an objective evaluation of the current educational system in selcted company.
