Táto práca tiež vykonáva analýzy okolia a podáva odporučenia vo forme časového harmonogramu, marketingového plánu, operačného plánu a finančného plánu. Na základe predpokladaných finančných výkazov hodnotí ekonomickú výhodnosť projektu.
The Use of Artificial Intelligence for Solving a Scheduling problem.

This thesis deals with scheduling problems and algorithms usable to solve them. Scheduling algorithms seek an optimal allocation of resources over time while using constraints. Scheduling problems are often different in nature and type of constraint conditions. In the practical part is solved one particular type of scheduling problem, which is a constrained version of the common scheduling problem.

The Diploma Thesis focuses on proposing of possibilities how the results of tourist industry in village Bilovice nad Svitavou may be improved. The theoretical part presents explanations of terms relevant to this theme. The practical part consists of an analysis of actual situation in the village and data evaluation gained from the survey. Based on these results are defined suggestions and recommendations to increase development of tourist industry and attractiveness of the village.
What does an invisible city look like

The subject of this thesis entitled What does an invisible city look like is the perception of a city and the way it is represented. The work is based on urban semiotics that sees urban environment as a particular system of communication. The methods of sensory urbanism and rhythm analysis are employed as well. The author asks whether the cities could be represented by other than visual symbols as it is usually the case for the products of tourism industry (guidebooks, souvenirs, etc.). Usually, the symbol of a particular city is formed by the image of its skyline. In Prague, this is the skyline of the Prague Castle, in Paris, it is the Eiffel tower, in New York, it is the Statue of Liberty, etc. But every city has definitely many other qualities. What are they? To find the answer, the author asks for help the visually impaired people. These people can tell easily what are the non-visual qualities of the urban space as they experience them necessarily in their everyday life and use them for better orientation. The author interviewed the visually impaired people and she also observed the way they read the city in real. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the Prague city centre.

The aim of bachelor thesis is to write a business plan for travel agency HoneyGo. The purpose of the plan is to create such marketing strategy to be competitive on the Czech market, and determine strategies of development to promote the product and services of the company. The analysis of the company will be conduct through description of administrative plan, SWOT and PEST analysis. Porter Five analysis will represent how attractive the Czech Tourism market is. After conduction, Five Forces analysis were identified the strategies suitable for HoneyGo. For Marketing plan was used Marketing mix, which consist of Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. The Financial plan will show all costs, and Cash Flow statement.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the potential of the tourism industry of the microregion Kozákov. The thesis consists of four main chapters. The first one delimits the elementary terms from the field of tourism, which are connected with the theme. The second chapter minutely characterizes the microregion, its territory and important personalities. The third chapter builds on an analysis of the primary and secondary tourism supply. It also concerns itself with the issue of the tourism subjects in the microregion and promotion. The last chapter evaluates the potential of the microregion for the development of the tourism and contains advice for the efficient utilization of the destination.

The Position of Chile in International Tourism

This diploma thesis analyses the position of Chile in international tourism. The main purpose is to evaluate Chile´s status in international tourism based on the competitiveness of the country. At the begining of the thesis, the theory is defined. Then, the economy and political backgroud of Chile is specified, followed by the description of the preconditions for tourism development and its competitiveness in the tourism industry. Moreover, inbound, outbound and domestic tourism are analysed and followed by tourism impact on the economy of the country. Last chapter predicts future development of international arrivals to the country based on the regression analysis.
