Furthermore, the research was supplemented by a controlled interview with gymnastics coaches and TeamGym. The participants of the research filled out a questionnaire. Based on interviews and questionnaires, information was added that could have an impact on the results of the survey (number of training hours per week, other sports activities, etc.). The research part shows that gymnasts achieved better results on average in four out of five tests of motor abilities than TeamGym competitors. The biggest difference...

The main goal of the thesis is to analyze the technique of jump from a trampoline. The secondary goal is to determine the frequency of all elements performer at the European Championships between 2016 to 2022. The most suitable elements for analysis will be selected from the element frequency. The analysis and frequency of the lements was performer from the available video records from the European Championship for selected jumps from a trampoline. A kinematic analyzer was used to obtain the results from the video records and their observation in the mentioned software In the thesis, three different ways of performing a hurdle step and take-off from a trampoline was identified, with an emphasis on the movement od the upper...

The design is based on a kinematic analysis of selected jumps, literary research and your own experience. These are the basic jumps: the forward tuck, the forward pike, the forward straight and the forward double tuck. The kinematic analysis, the observation method and video recordings were used to fulfill the objectives and tasks. Title: Development of balance abilities in period of fundamental training in Teamgym Objectives: The aim of the work is to verify the effect of the interventional movement program with selected Yoga exercises to the level of gymnastic balance skills in the basic stage of Teamgym training. Methods: An interventional movement program has been created aimed at developing the balance of abilities, the program includes yoga exercises. The program was applied in Teamgym training after fifteen weeks. The influence of the intervention was verified by comparing the results of the experimental and control groups in selected tests of balanced abilities. Data analysis was performed using a non-parametric Mann-Whitney test with a determined probability level of 95%. Test selection was demonstrated on the basis of low probands and expected results than normal data distribution. Results: The results of the experimental and control groups, when comparing the differences of the results of the input and output measurements, show an improvement in the performance in the selected tests in both groups. This individual comparison shows that the experimental group improved in the outcome tests, in the Standing On One Leg test, with the eyes open and a total of six probands out of eight improved in the non-standardized...
