Study of Green Logistics Trends

The master theses focuses on the selection of a suitable drive for the company's internal transport vehicles focusing on new trends in green logistics. The theoretical part characterizes the concepts of logistics, supply chain and its components, legislative background and methods of multicriteria decision-making. The practical part describes the compared drives, defines the research area and describes the compared criteria. In the application part, methods of multicriteria decision-making are applied, namely the weighted sum method and the TOPSIS method. Based on the evaluation of the compared variants, a future change of the company's internal transport fleet was proposed.

Many entrepreneurs and companies use loans to cover their business needs. Usually it is difficult to choose the best offer. The possible solution is the utilization of methods of multiple-criteria decision-making, which make the decision process easier. The goal of this thesis is to describe these methods and use them practically to choose the best loan offer. It was found out that most of the companies do not use these methods. The results are usually significantly affected by the criterion which was the most preferred. For the most of the companies the offer made by MONETA Money Bank, a.s. was the most favourable.

Spatial analysis for optimization of student assignments in cartography Abstract The aim of the diploma thesis is to perform a multi-criteria analysis of large spatial data, which will result in the identification of a predetermined number of the variants of the territory, which are optimal for creating the student assignments. The main part of the thesis is to design and to calculate the spatial evaluation criteria. In the theoretical part, a theory of multi-criteria analysis and examples of its use in general in geoinformatics and assessment of landscape potential are presented. The practical part is devoted to the design of own methodology for assessment of the territory from the point of view of suitability for processing of student tasks, including its application over the territory of the Czechia in order to obtain information about the territory. Multi-criteria analysis was divided into two steps: pre-selection of the territory based on Boolean evaluation and subsequent sorting of the variants from the most suitable to the least appropriate using the TOPSIS method. The scales of the individual criteria were determined by the scoring method. The review article deals with the use of multi-criteria decision-making process in urban planning practice as a decision tool in making choices of multiple variations of possible urban development. Various methods are described in relation to the chosen topic of the dissertation thesis which is assessment of quality of public spaces. The aim of this article is to choose specific method applicable to the evaluation of the quality of public spaces in the Central European context based on the description of the various methods, their current use and the system of calculating.

This Bachelor's Thesis is concerned of emissions and their influence on the environment. First part of this Thesis is primary focused on various solutions for reduction of emissions. In this part are described legislative and technological arrangements. Another part talks about problems with fuels, about their advantages and disadvantages. In the final part is performed TOPSIS analysis. One of the main aims of this Bachelor's Thesis is to compare various types of fuels and analyze their environmental harmfulness.
Analysis of the Possibilities of printing solution

Goal of the work is to interconnect isolated knowledges from single study subjects into logical framework for management of IT services including transparent decision making method. Value of the mentioned approach is in interconnecting of the ITIL knowledges, the latest knowledges from outsourcing area and decision making know-how. There will be necessary to collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to achieve the target. Requirements will be expressed by IT service. The most suitable variant will be chosen by transparent method supporting decision making. Shown process can be generalized and used for design and evaluation of other IT services.
Composition of the banking projects portfolio using the multi-criteria decision methods

Bachelor thesis deals with a multi-criteria analysis of the bank's portfolio of projects. In the ?rst part, projects that meet aspirational levels through bivalent programming are selected into project portfolios. This is followed by the weighting using the Saaty's method and ranking of the projects from best to worst using TOPSIS method. An integral component of the theoretical part is to get acquainted with the methods of multi-criteria assessment of the options and, also with the methods that determine the weight of the individual criteria. There is also a description of the company and the summary of the projects that are present in the work. The Conclusion contains a summary of the results and recommendations of the IT Credits & Consumer Finance Team which portfolio to choose.
Renewal of selected vehicle in Volšatrans company

This bachelor thesis deals with the current state of Volšatrans transport company fleet, captures and evaluates its overall condition and subsequently recommends a proposal for its replacement. The change is made on the basis of the multi-criteria decision-making method, namely the TOPSIS method, the result of which is the output showing particular proposals for the replacement of the vehicle. This output may be in practice used by Volšatrans as a recommendation for selection of a suitable vehicle variant on the basis of their requirements.
Application of multiple criteria decision-making methods in server choice

Bachelor thesis deals with application methods of multiple-criteria decision making in choosing suitable server for hosting company. Hosting company is preparing new technical solution in according hosting services for their customers. Because of this reason, is necessarily to choose suitable server configuration, which will best fulfill demands of the company owners. First part consist of theoretical part, in which are described the essential principals, aspects and methods, which are used in multi-criteria decision making. Methods and actions, which are described in this part of bachelor thesis are further applied on particular issue choosing the best server in the practical part. The practical part contains an assessing of criteria for choosing the best server, setting out an importance between these criteria by using Saatys matrix and furhermore by using the TOPSIS method choosing the best alternative.
