The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of foster family care from the perspective of foster parents and the accompanying worker. The aim of the thesis was to find out what are the positives and negatives of cooperation between foster parents and accompanying organizations and to describe the experience of cooperation between accompanying workers and foster parents. The bachelor thesis has two parts. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to foster family care and its forms with emphasis on foster care. Family, its functions and types of families are defined, the concept of attachment, social and legal protection of children is explained. A relatively large space is devoted to foster care, its types and the process of mediation of FC. The last chapter covers the accompanying organisations for foster families, accompanying workers and the services provided by each organisation. In the practical part, qualitative research was conducted, using a semi-structured interview technique with foster parents and accompanying workers. Subsequently, the interviews are processed according to each communication partner. The research shows that the cooperation of foster parents with the AO is evaluated positively, a big role is played by the person of the accompanying worker, especially his personal qualities, the way of working and the overall approach and treatment with the family, because it is, together with the services provided, a decisive factor for the selection of the AO. In the conclusion of the thesis my main findings and the results I have achieved are summarized. I think that this thesis could be considered as a useful resource or information material that could serve future foster carers, accompanying workers as well as students in the field of social work. It could also be beneficial in improving awareness of foster care and accompanying organisations.

VISTOŘÍN, Jakub
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the limits of social work at the authority for social and legal protection of children followed up by description of various ways of coping up with these limitations. In order to achieve my set goal, I have made five interviews with people that work at the authority for social and legal protection of children. In terms of anonymity I decided to not state the place where I have made those interviews. Even though these social workers have methodology and are limited by legislation, there is a lot of ways to solve and cope with the limits, which are identified by the research part of this bachelor thesis. Income of this whole thesis can be getting whole new point of view or realizing that there are other options that can be brought to bear. This mentioned income could be proved useful either for informants that I made interviews with or any other professional in the same branch. On top of that I think that it can be even more interesting, seeing different approach from different department and potentially adjust the needed matter. Another fact, that is proving the option to help people, which are in this branch is the fact that I don't rely on numbers or statistics but human side of this job, on foundation which I have gotten by interview with a person that does the job same as a professional that can use this thesis to his advantage.
