1 ABSTRAKT Tématem této diplomové práce je hodnocení aktuální situace pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu pohledem pracovníků orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí Jihočeského kraje. Diplomová práce je obsahově rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části je primární pozornost věnována především problematice ohroženého dítěte, neboť právě ohroženým dětem je směřována sociálně-právní ochrana, které je pak věnována další teoretická část. Třetí část v rámci teoretické problematiky je zaměřena na náhradní rodinnou výchovu, kdy největší zájem je zúžen právě na pěstounskou péči na přechodnou dobu. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je směřována k aktuálním legislativním změnám, které celou problematiku podtrhují. V souvislosti s cílem práce a teoretickými poznatky byla stanovena hlavní výzkumná otázka: Jak hodnotí pracovníci OSPOD aktuální situaci pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu? Dále byly stanoveny dílčí výzkumné otázky: Jak hodnotí pracovníci OSPOD aktuální spolupráci s pěstouny na přechodnou dobu? Jaká pozitiva vnímají pracovníci OSPOD v pěstounské péči na přechodnou dobu s ohledem na aktuální legislativní změnu? Jaká negativa předpokládají pracovníci OSPOD v pěstounské péči na přechodnou dobu s ohledem na aktuální legislativní změnu? Aby bylo možné naplnit výzkumný záměr, byla zvolena... The topic of this master's thesis is the evaluation of the current situation of foster care for a transitional period from the viewpoint of the staff of the Authority for Social-Legal Protection of Children in the South Bohemian Region. The content of the master's thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. In the first chapter of theoretical part, the primary attention is given to the problem of the endangered child, because social and legal protection is aimed at endangered children, to whom the next theoretical chapter devoted to. The third chapter of the theoretical issue is focused on the care provided by the substitute family, with the greatest interest being narrowed down to foster care for a temporary period. The last chapter of the theoretical part is directed to the current legislative changes, which underline the entire issue. In connection with the aim of the work and theoretical findings, the main research question was set: How do the Authority for Social-Legal Protection of Children workers evaluate the current situation of temporary foster care? Furthermore, sub-research questions were determined: How do the Authority for Social-Legal Protection of Children workers evaluate the current cooperation with temporary foster parents?
