Sports clubs in Lipno

The work is based on finding out information, history, scope and activities of individual selected sports clubs in the form of interviews with respondents. These clubs are located in a very interesting and tourist-rich location, which was the reason for the creation of the mentioned clubs. This locality is referred to as Lipno.

Sports as a pedagogical tool

Title: Sport as a pedagogical tool Objectives: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify and describe, based on available literature and on interviews with coaches and educators, how sport can be used as a pedagogic tool in practice. Methods: The theoretical part contains an analysis of the literature on the pedagogic impact of sport. On the basis of this analysis, three organisations were selected (Ambassadors FC Praha, Scout, Sokol). These organizations were chosen because their goal is personal formation through sport; moreover I have personal experience with these organizations. For these organisations, an analysis of materials (websites, magazines, methodologies) was carried out in order to identify their values, goals, and pedagogic emphases. In addition, I assessed various psychological and pedagogic studies identifying thus the areas that are most easily influenced through sport. The practical part identifies, through semi-structured interviews with one coach from each selected organisation, what their pedagogic activities look like in practice. In these interviews I inquire about three thematic areas: the values and goals of the organization, the use of sport as a pedagogical tool, and the demands on coaches and their further formation and training. History of chees in Jičín

This diploma thesis compiles available sources regarding the historical development of chess in Jičín area, and compares it with Czech lands (in different historical eras). At the beginning there is an explanation of chess terms that are necessary for further understanding. In the main body of the thesis there is chronological description of history, which starts with the origins of chess in our region and formation of first sport organizations, as well as regional clubs, and ends with the setting of contemporary competitions and achievements of the club. In the conclusion there is stated information about chess personalities from the Jičín region and significant simultaneous games. Techniques used for the thesis compilation were: the method of historical research, content analysis of information resources and interviews. The influence of the sports club on the development of the region

The diploma thesis deals with the influence of sports clubs on the development of the region - South Bohemian Region. The task of the work is to determine and analyze the effects of sports activities on the development of the region and to follow up the measures leading to the improvement of the current state. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis defines the basic concepts of regional development, such as region, regional development or regional policy. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the field of sport, including its relation to the development of the region. The practical part examines the factors and areas in which sports clubs can contribute to regional development. The work also examines the statistics of sport, the development of the membership base and the number of sports clubs. Subsequently, the economic impacts of sports clubs on the region are evaluated by quantitative analysis. One output of this work is the identification of possible impacts of sport on regional development and their subsequent quantitative analysis. Another output is the evaluation of the survey of sports clubs in the South Bohemian region in terms of the current status of sports clubs in individual size groups of municipalities. The conclusion of the practical part includes an analysis of the impact analysis and the research of the sports clubs.

Leisure time sports activities of older school-age children in Příbram

The aim of this thesis is to explore sports activities of older school-age children in Příbram. It lists local sports clubs which are available to children and examines their history and the quality of the services they offer. A survey was conducted in order to determine the percentage of older school-age students actively engaging in sports, which sports club they chose, and why. The students who don't participate in sport activities were questioned on whether it's because of an absence of a preferred sport in Příbram or due to other reasons, e.g. lack of interest. Sports opportunities in Benesov and its vicinity

Title: Sports opportunities in Benešov and its vicinity Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to assess and analyse the sports opportunities in Benešov and its vicinity and to propose, on the basis of the obtained results, certain changes that could improve the current situation. Methods: The thesis uses primarily the analytical method of research. The method was applied in analysing the local sports grounds, sports facilities and sports clubs. In order to gain vital information from the inhabitants of Benešov, a set of interviews was also used. Furthermore, the SWOT analysis was applied as a means of obtaining a clearer assessment of the local sports environment. Results: The local sports situation has been assessed and analysed. The local sports grounds, sports facilities and sports clubs have been analysed. Opinions of the local inhabitants have also been gained by means of a set of interviews. On the basis of obtained information and opinions, various recommendations for improving the current situation have been created. These recommendations are aimed both at the municipality of Benešov and at private entities and sports clubs. The influence of external competitions on competitive balance of domestic football competitions

The thesis deals with the influence of European cup competitions on competitive balance within national leagues. The importance of competitive balance in sports leagues is highlighted and its vulnerability to the growing differences in revenues between the clubs I discussed. The main part of the thesis provides an analysis of specifics of English, German and Spanish football league. It focuses on the differences in revenue structure and revenue level between clubs within the league, as well as between the leagues. The paper analyzes the influence of participating in European cups on club revenues and the connection between growing revenues with the development of competitive balance.

Determination of the situation of extracurricular organized PE and sport activities for childern of pre-school and infant school age- microregion Telč\\

The main objective of this bacholor's thesis was to find out abou the state of extracurricular physical education and sport activities for pre-school and junior pro-school children in the microregion Telčsko. After wards I made the research results available for public through web sites. My research cousists of two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical one I deal with general children's kinetice and its development. In order to collect information I used a controlled interview with a questionnaire fogether with content analysis of my own questionnaire and defined the chosen area - microregion Telčsko. The needed data were taken from 13 clubs whereas the most frequent kind of sport aktivity was: floorball, table tennis and martial arts. The widest base is formel by the tlen Telč itself. Opportunity of sports realization for handicapped people in Prague

The thesis in its theoretical part deals with general characteristics and distribution of disability. The goal is to find and map the possibilities of physical activities of persons with disabilities in Prague, especially if there is a sufficient supply of organized sport. A closer look is devoted to sports activities of visually impaired, their classification system and the types of sports that they may operate. The practical part then explores the possibilities for sport for visually impaired people in sports clubs in the City Prague. For better orientation and understanding are assessed graphically different conditions and results of research that visual and counted showing fairly accurate the status in the possibilities of sport activities for visually impaired people.
