Villa Park Olomouc, technological stage of the substructure

The bachelor's thesis is processed on the basis of the project documentation provided, which addresses the construction of nine apartment buildings connected by an underground garage. The building is located in the new residential development VilaPark Tabulový Vrch, which represents a set of three-storey villas. The houses are based on pilots carried out by continuous spiral worm - CFA technology. The pilots are joined by a subterranean concrete structure made of water-based concrete, and above ground they form a monolithic structure combined with masonry. The roof is designed as a flat, non-errand. The cladding of the buildings is done by the contact cladding system ETICS. The work addresses the technological stage of the lower construction. A technical report is prepared, the construction situation with wider links of transport routes, technological regulations for earthworks and piloting by cfa method, the design of a machine assembly for the whole lower structure, control and test plans for earthworks and piloting and safety of work. The work also includes an acreage statement, an appropriations budget, a time plan for the construction and the organization of the construction for the lower construction with the construction site equipment and balance of resources.

Construction technology study of the construction of the bearing structure of manufacturing plant in Jihlava

Company engaged in modernization of locomotive vehicles progressively modernizing their industrial estate. A big investment become realization of new industrial hall for vehicle coating, simultaneously with a reconstruction of neighbouring production hall and a new connection to the water main, gas main and a new transformer station. The bachelor thesis includes technological regulations of bored piles and for assembly upper prefabricated reinforced concrete construction of coating hall. Technological regulations are supplemented by draft of the suitable machinery, equipment of construction site and inspectional and trial plans, work safety, time schedule and comparison of two variants of the cranes and all will be feasible in terms of construction rate and financing.

Realization of rough substructure of multifunctional building in Přerov

In this bachelor's work is the goal of the realization of lower gross construction of polyfunctional house in Přerov. The content of this bachelor thesis is the solution of the summary of the technical report, technological regulation for excavations and foundation construction, site facilities, transport wider relationships, design of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plans for excavations, monolithic foundations and piles further also itemized budget for a rough lower construction and time schedule. The substrate was drawing documentation for the implementation of this construction.

Dolní Kounice Gym

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a gym design in Dolní Kounice. It is developed into the level of building permit documentation and documentation for execution of the project. Its land is located in the north side of Dolní Kounice in the South Moravian Region near a primary school and a kindergarten. From the south side, the area is bordered by multi-storey buildings of the primary school and the kindergarten. From the west and the east sides, the area is edged with buildings of wine cellar or just with entrances into these cellars. In the north side there is an area of old brickyard. On the land of the gym there is a current outdoor playground of the primary school with an artificially created surface, a parking place and a fenced playground of the kindergarten. The space is intersected by an access road leading to the cellars in the west part. Along the edge of the east side there is a driveway leading to the local brickyard and it continues to the area of past sand quarry above the municipality. The gym is designed especially for the needs of the local primary school and the kindergarten, then for public. The gym will serve not only for teaching the physical education but also for sport and social usage of residents of the municipality. This work covers a scheme of solutions of ambient outdoor areas of the gym. The sport hall is a reinforced concrete cast-in-place two-floor building of a block shape mostly below the level of ground as a response to the valley type of countryside created by ambient buildings of wine cellars, the steep slope behind them and the high-rise building of the primary school which closes this area. The entrance into this area is located in the south part of the first subterranean floor which is not below the level of the adjacent terrain. The first subterranean floor is designed mainly for organizing educational, social activities and for the fans of the sportsmen. Also, there is a large entrance hall with a multifunctional reception.

Construction-technological stage of founding an apartment building in Uherské Hradiště

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create the building-technological project of the apartment building substructure in Uherske Hradiste. The building is based on drilled piles, reinforced foundation strips and a foundation slab. The thesis contains a technical report, construction logistics, technological specifications for earth works and foundation constructions, an inspection and test plans. There is also provided item budget including bill of quantities, a construction schedule, a machine assembly proposal, design of the site equipment including the technical report and occupational safety and health protection.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the solution of the technological stage of the rough substructure of an apartment building in Brno. As part of this work, the construction site plan with composition of site equipment was designed as well as technical report of the construction site, technological regulation for groundwork and deep foundation, technological regulation for construction of foundation, machine assembly design, wider traffic routes plan, quality control and testing plan of groundwork, budget.
