Bakalářská práce je zpracována na základě poskytnuté projektové dokumentace, která řeší výstavbu devíti bytových domů propojených podzemní garáží. Objekt se nachází v nové rezidenční výstavbě VilaPark Tabulový Vrch, který představuje soubor třípodlažních viladomů. Domy jsou založeny na pilotách prováděných průběžným spirálovým šnekem – technologií CFA. Na piloty navazuje podzemní betonová konstrukce z vodostavebního betonu a nadzemí tvoří monolitická konstrukce zkombinovaná se zdivem. Střecha je řešena jako plochá, nepochůzí. Opláštění budov je provedeno kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Práce řeší technologickou etapu spodní stavby. Je zpracována technická zpráva, situace stavby se širšími vztahy dopravních tras, technologické předpisy pro zemní práce a pilotáž metodou CFA, návrh strojní sestavy pro celou spodní stavbu, kontrolní a zkušební plány pro zemní práce a pilotáž a bezpečnost práce. Dále práce obsahuje výkaz výměr, položkový rozpočet, časový plán stavby a organizaci výstavby pro spodní stavbu se zařízením staveniště a balance zdrojů. The bachelor's thesis is processed on the basis of the project documentation provided, which addresses the construction of nine apartment buildings connected by an underground garage. The building is located in the new residential development VilaPark Tabulový Vrch, which represents a set of three-storey villas. The houses are based on pilots carried out by continuous spiral worm - CFA technology. The pilots are joined by a subterranean concrete structure made of water-based concrete, and above ground they form a monolithic structure combined with masonry. The roof is designed as a flat, non-errand. The cladding of the buildings is done by the contact cladding system ETICS. The work addresses the technological stage of the lower construction. A technical report is prepared, the construction situation with wider links of transport routes, technological regulations for earthworks and piloting by cfa method, the design of a machine assembly for the whole lower structure, control and test plans for earthworks and piloting and safety of work. The work also includes an acreage statement, an appropriations budget, a time plan for the construction and the organization of the construction for the lower construction with the construction site equipment and balance of resources.
