Novotný, Miroslav ; Syřiště, Ivo (referee) ; Prokop, Jiří (referee)
The aim of this work is to create a pedagogical concept of the education for spirituality. I try to map the various views of human spirituality. The spirituality is one of the important philosophy topics, so I dedicated this view most. Next is the psychology, within witch I strive to grab this term in a scientific way. I also notice the changes in the perception of the term spirituality, namely in the relation to the religion, as well as to the usage of this term, which is equivalent to the previously frequently used term inwardness. Marginally I also mention some theories related to the spirituality in the field of biology, quantum physics and brain research. After the initiation of some way outs, from which can be created the conceptual apparatus, I come to my own definition of the spirituality, I concretize the education to the spirituality including the initiation of goals, methods and means of this education. The part of this work is also a small study, in which I try to find out, what is the degree of the respondents spirituality, what forms and methods do the respondents evolve their spirituality and I am looking for the contexts between the respondents characteristics by practicing the various technics and the spirituality rate. Research questionnaire method is conceived quite broadly, to...
Kierkegaard's philosophy of existence
Šimeček, Andrej ; Kouba, Pavel (advisor) ; Němec, Václav (referee)
This work takes as its central issue the existential movement as it appears in the philosophy of Soren Kierkegaard. There appears to be relatively little secondary literature on this topic, so it is a very fruitful area to explore. The texts explored include Kierkegaard's 'psychological' books, in particular Concept of Anxiety and Sickness unto Death. These provide our work with the crucial concepts of innocence, guilt, despair, anxiety, existence and spirit. From the more traditional philosophical works, Philosophical Fragments, Concluding Unscientific Postscript to Philosophical Fragments and Johannes Climacus have been utilised. These texts inform the work mostly on the meaning of movement, doubt, contradiction and absolute paradox. From the more lyrical works, this work is informed by Fear and Trembling and Repetition. Inquiry into these texts combined will provide a picture of existential movement as it is presented by Kierkegaard. This work attempts to capture the 'becoming subjective' which is so central to Kierkegaard's thought, through the reconstruction of the existential stages. It is also the purpose of this work (in the process) to treat areas of Kierkegaard's thought that are usually left untreated. The latter are for example, the problematic of the leap of sin, the unclear status of the...

Belief in Capital
Sirotek, Jan ; Hogenová, Anna (advisor) ; Blažková, Miloslava (referee)
The work describes phenomenons and thoughts which led and oftentimes still lead to a birth, a forming and a stabilization of market capitalism as a main philosophy of present world in the course of history as well as nowadays. The Analysis focuses on phenomenons of both material and spiritual characters. It exposes a spirit which accompanies man from everlasting. Through guise of God, man, the rabble, a state, a nation and a work is it being transformated into capital as self purpose. The science and its methodology caused this certainty seeking turnabout from transcendent thoughts to rational classification of matter. Due to its own discovery that matter is only a kind of energy confesses the science to its religious substance. A pursuit of profit resulting as well in life in affluence becomes then the main point of entire efforts of saturation.

Time of landscape
KOPÁČKOVÁ, Alena
This diploma work is virtually focused on the landscape-painting. The presented painting cycle reflects the temporal variations of landscape. It provides a transcription of emotional experiences and feelings arising from an intimate communication with a certain landscape spot. The changes in time are demonstrated via a repeating motif, which enables to follow the colour variability of the nature and the surrounding atmosphere. Photos attached to the work display the landscape variations in the durations of two years. The regular observations of two tree motives result in a cycle of nine paintings, which can be further divided into three series. The theoretical part of the diploma work clarifies its principal idea. It explains motivations, inspiration resources and circumstances leading to the completing the painting cycle. The attention is also paid to the landscape-painting as a genre art and selected artists, those creations were inspired by the close touch of the nature.

Tax stamping of spirits in the member states of the European Union
Doubková, Anna ; Svátková, Slavomíra (advisor) ; Eisenwort, Lukáš (referee)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison of the tax stamping systems in the EU member states. The aim is to identify the particular systems of tax stamping of spirits and to analyse common and differential characters on the basis of this information. The acquis communautaire is not uniform in this issue, it is necessary to arise from the tax laws in these states. Generally, it is valid that a system of tax stamping of spirits is an efficient precaution against the spirit fraud and it protects the spirit market from the entry of counterfeited goods.
