The bachelor's thesis focuses on selection of optimal financing for long-term tangible assets for a particular company. The thesis is divided into 3 main sections. The theoretical part describes possible forms of financing and methods for assesment of a current state of affairs of the selected company. Analytical part employs these forms and methods and creates a basis for the proposal part in which the most optimal and most suitable method of financing will be found.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá způsobem implementace vybraných individuálních nástrojů projektového řízení za účelem vyvinutí projektové struktury pro Studentský Klub Mozaika. Analýza se zabývá popisem stávající situace a identifikuje místa pro zlepšení s pomocí nástrojů projektového řízení. V návrhové části jsou rozvrženy čtyři scénáře. Ve dvou z nich figuruje implementace nástrojů projektového řízení a navržení projektové struktury. Závěr shrnuje výsledky analýzy stávající situace a potenciální benefity použití navržené projektové struktury.

The aim of my diploma thesis is analysis of contemporary marketing mix and a suggestion of a new mix for building company. This thesis is worked out in conditions of a middle sized company The theoretical part is base on marketing mix creation – particular methods used for situation analysis processing and detailed elaboration of fundamental parts in marketing mix. In the practical part, I describe the company and analyze present structure of its marketing mix.

For my thesis I chose the topic "Marketing planning in the construction business." The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the first part I focused on theoretical information about marketing mix, SLEPT analysis, marketing strategy and budget. The practical part describes the characteristics of company ALPINE Bau CZ as and a marketing plan for this company.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to create a marketing plan proposal for G-Trade Ltd as well as a marketing-strategy implementation plan for the management of the company. The theoretical part outlines prerequisites for planning a marketing strategy and it provides characteristics of the construction market. The next chapter describes the G-Trade Ltd. corporation and analyzes its current situation. The practical part formulates a marketing plan proposal that is aimed at increasing the company's sales 7 mil. Kč up until the end of 2011.

This diploma thesis deals with a proposal of a marketing strategy for an Asian fast food outlet. An emphasis is placed primarily on identification and description of the internal and external factors of the outlet using a marketing research. The importance of this work is seen in the presentation of the own proposal of the marketing strategy, timeframe definition, cost quantification and risk identification.
