Business model of a small business directed by Markéta Lukáčová with an accent on a marketing plan

The main goal of this thesis was to describe the main fields of the business model and create a marketing plan for the small enterprise managed by Mrs. Lukáčová. The thesis firstly describes the theoretical framework of small enterprises in the Czech Republic and in the European Union. It briefly describes the form of the business model and the marketing plan, which will be used in the proposal parts of this thesis. Then a characterization of the business, offered products and services takes place. In the methodological parts thanks to two qualitative methods the perceptions of new and loyal customers are tested in connection with the business of Mrs. Lukáčová. Beforehand the situational analysis take place, namely the threat and opportunity matrix, SWOT analysis and PESTLE analysis. The description of marketing communication of the enterprise of Mrs. Lukáčová and competition is performed right after. In the proposal part of the business model the main necessities are written down in the template of Business Model Canvas. It mainly takes into account the actual situation of the business and then serves as a material that could help the implementation of new realities. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem mezinárodní marketingové strategie vybrané společnosti. Hlavním cílem této práce je vytvořit návrh marketingové strategie vybrané společnosti expandující na vybraný mezinárodní trh. Teoretická část práce vystihuje pojmy a metody, které přispívají k tvorbě marketingové strategie jako takové. Metodická část práce popisuje strategii a metodiku použitou při zpracování získaných dat a informací. Praktická část se zaměřuje na představení společnosti a následnou analýzu mikroprostředí a makroprostředí. V poslední části diplomové práce jsou sumarizovány návrhy mezinárodní marketingové strategie, které jsou sestaveny na základě předchozího výzkumu a analýzy.

My diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the current situation, and subsequently, the appropriate marketing strategy for Hotel Bítov in the vicinity of Vranov dam. The theoretical parts deals with the isme of using marketing tools in the field of hotel services. The practical parts consists of the inner and outer analysis of the hotel surroundings. The results are summed up in the scope of a SWOT analysis from which the final marketing strategy follows.

The Creating a Business Plan

This thesis deals with a description of a business plan and with the process of its composition. The theoretical part outlines different forms of enterprises and defines laws that govern them. Furthermore, the theoretical part includes the process of the establishment of the limited liability company. It also provides a description of the situational analysis with all its steps, as well as the financial plan. The practical part of this thesis introduces a company hodnyvasek s.r.o. (llc). Moreover, it elaborates the organizational structure of the company, the situational analysis, and the marketing plan. Based on the results from the situational analysis, the financial plan is developed in the practical part of the thesis. At the end, the efficiency of investment is calculated by return on invested capital.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem marketingového plánu zvolené společnosti. Hlavním cílem této práce je sestavení marketingového plánu vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem pojmů a metod, které přispívají k samostatné tvorbě marketingového plánu. Metodická část popisuje zvolenou strategii a metodiku, jak budou shromážděné informace zpracovány. V praktické části je provedena analýza okolí, konkurence a současná analýza marketingových aktivit. V poslední části najdeme návrh na úpravu a rozšíření marketingových aktivit, který je sestaven dle předchozí analýzy.

My bachelor’s thesis is concerned with a marketing method concept of the Aston com Company, Ltd., which is on the market since 2004. In present it is unknown for their customers. The company’s target is to discover the way leading to increase awareness of customers by offered services (through appropriate marketing strategies). At first I would like to mention a theoretical basis of marketing strategy, than I am going to deal with a communication technology market research and analysis of an actual position and finally I am going to specify a detailed proposal how to improve a marketing position of the company.
