Quality analysis of Deloitte Advisory LLC immigration services and it's possible enhancements

This bachelor's thesis is enganged in providing immigration services in Deloitte Advisory LLC. It characterizes provided immigration services and it's legal aspects in it's theoretical part. Practical part of the thesis is focused on definig criteria of the services and on evaluation of quality of the immigration services based on survey which was done on clients of the company. The thesis presents some ideas for enhancements of the immigration services provided by Deloitte in it's last part.
Problems of on-line banking systems integration using SOA principles

This diploma thesis adresses on-line banking systems integration using SOA principles. The objective of this work is to define difficulties of integration and offer and analyze their possible solutions. Integration problems mostly pertain to the areas of service design and management, from both the service design and service run-time point of view. The work tries to combine SOA theoretical principles and author's work experience. The diploma thesis is divided into several chapters. First two chapters establish theoretical framework of the thesis and concentrate on describing the banking sector environment and defining banking IS characteristics impacting system integration endeavours. Moreover they try to define SOA and analyze banking SOA specifics. Next chapter describes actual IS architecture of the enterprise, whose problems will be analyzed in the practical part of the diploma thesis. Main part of the work goes into defining particular SOA integration issues. Every issue is analyzed and possible solutions are then offered with emphasis of impact on IS architecture. Main asset of the diploma thesis should be author's extensive work experience with systems integration using SOA principles.

The work focuses on service quality in hairdressing. It explains the basic theoretical concepts relating to this issue (quality, service, quality of service, quality management, methods and tools of quality management). In addition, evaluate the service provided and customer satisfaction in a small hairdressing. Evaluation of services provided is shown through the development and Ishikawa diagram. Customer satisfaction is evaluated according to data obtained from research.

Using Google services and Google API in small workgroup management

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create a draft, a simple solution to communication needs, people management and documents sharing within a small team or working group using available Google services and their potential integration into client application through the application programming interface. There are only some selected Google services in this thesis in context of possible usage of its results in a real case scenario. I used my own personal experience in describing the services, I analysed the necessary theoretical assumptions of teamwork and mainly focused on great potential use of Google Calendar as the best tool for organising people's time and assigning tasks in the process of a workgroup management. The main benefit of this work should be increased general knowledge of capabilities of the services I described and their intended usage in a daily routine.

Tato práce si klade za cíl seznámit studenty i profesionály z oblasti IT o čem disciplína Service Management (SM) a proces Service Level Management (SLM) je v prostředí korporátní společnosti. Práce obsahuje příklady různých SLM nástrojů a metod, které jsou skutečně používány (například v manažerském nástroji typu Balanced Scorecard). Zvláštní důraz je kladen na překážky, jež mohou nastat a jak je překonat. Tak jako každá zkušenost toto je pouze jeden z přístupů k SLM, ale pokud přispěje k lepšímu osvícení čtenáře, pak splnila svůj cíl. K dosažení těchto záměrů využívám svých dvou a půl letých zkušeností z práce na projektech ve společnosti DHL a ostatních zdrojů popisujících teoretickou rovinu. První část mé diplomové práce poskytuje teoretickou znalost problematiky, druhá část pak převádí tyto znalosti do podnikové praxe.
